            As a resident of two years in one of the properties managed by Phoenix, I have been asking for a light on the back of my unit, abutting a lake with wildlife, to be replaced and this has not been done for over three months. I have called MULTIPLE times, MULTIPLE work orders were requested, a request was made directly to a rep from Phoenix multiple times...and NOTHING. I pay a small fortune, living on a fixed income, for HOA fees and I expect MUCH better service. This is unacceptable. By the way, I am on the board of ******* and yet, nothing.

            Phoenix Property Management lacks professionalism .I've been waiting over a month to have my roof repaired. I've been in contact with an associate property manager by the name of Kelly S*************. I've been hounding her daily to resolve this issue. Initially I was told the roofer was on vacation now I'm being told that my proposal was mixed up with my husband who resides in the same home, which is obviously the same property. If it's not one excuse it's another or no communication at all . In addition, I asked to review the proposal of the roof repair and been given the run around about my request. I was finally given a response and have to take time off from work to physically go into the office for a document search. This is absurd when I'm a paying customer. I've requested to speak to a direct manager, and can't get in contact with one either.
