While Tenant is sick from mold mildew, Please be advised *** police reports are filed today against the maintence and management of cypress grove apts for attempts to break into my apt, with a crow bar and they damaged my personal lock, furthermore they violate tenants rights without giving notice to tenant before going into my apt. Furthermore they have a history of telling lies being dishonest , harrassment, stalking, hacking , and threats and their lead maintence *** said we dont need to give you a notice and disrepected me its all on video. They wait for me to leave the property to do this because i filed a lawsuit against cypress grove apts for exposing me to mold and mildew, water leaks and mold spores which caused me to have Upper resportary infection. Furthermore they failed to repairs causing my section 8 to violate on inspection with broward county housing authority , then cans and stuff thrown at my windows, pounding on my floors and blasting music noise distrubances , and i know which maintence *** did it because i was home and this multiple attempts. Cypress grove apts complaint Lauderhill Florida Police Report Filed Officer ***** Since 09-06-24 The tenant B208 continues to harass and disturb tenant ******* **** in b308 by throwing things at his windows and banging on his floors and hacking his phones and services using ******* wifi and calling him and having others call him a a****** and threats to assault and do harm , police reports filed on his matter and management refuses to do anything about it and repairs are denied and section 8 inspection will fail On Oct 17th 2024 and payments will be suspended by broward county housing authority for B308 until repairs are completed and yes we agree lease will not be renewed , Furthermore any damages done to the windows of B308 will be paid by the tenant B208 who's throwing stuff at the windows Any questions contact Attorney ****** **** Law at ************. My daughter was hurt by a jagged edge door on the ********. I reported the hazard to code enforcement and they violated the ********. The asst ******* did not get the hazard fixed by the reinspection date of 1/25/2024. The ******** was issued a summons to appear in court on 1/25/2024. As of the date that the compliant was made, no one from the Cypress Grove Staff had received a complaint from ************. We were not made aware of any issues. ************ was a new move in, apartment passed inspection and the apartment was viewed by ************ ( and approved ) prior to him signing the lease. Directly after the complaint was made, contact was made to ************ in regards to his complaint to the Better Business Bureau and he stated he was unable to contact the office, this is the reason that he went to these measures. ************ received my email address on this day and advised that he can reach me if he has any concerns in regards to his apartment . The concerns that were mentioned has been addressed and rectified to **************** approval. ************ has not made any contact to express any concerns in regards to the initial complaints or any thereafter.Initial Complaint

This Property Manager **** and caseworkers of homeless task force , ****** and ******* took advantage of my homeless situation putting my physical health at risk now I'm serious sick , the apt B308 has serious health code violations and should have never passed section 8 Hud inspection, The ** unit and boiler and air vents ,ceiling fans , and walls and exhaust fan in bathroom and cabinets all infested with mold , dirt, dust , smoke etc and *********** because very sick in the apt coughing up mucus , running rose sneezing, sore throat and chest congestion headaches and dizziness, etc possibly covid . So ** is shut off and it's hot in here at ***** degrees also front door rotted with termites needs replaced as well as other minor stuff in apt . I am disabled and I have amatha with asmathic attacks due to allergies and this is not right I may even have covid now . Tried calling office no one answers phone nor returns voicemail or calls and maintenance voicemail full. I have two issues with the property owner. I moved into a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. I have recently had issues with the roof continuously leaking water from the above apartment into my apartment and when someone comes they just do a quick fix and go. I noticed the roof pealing recently and beneath the paint is black mold I see growing. I am concerned for my health of me and my children. I am also concerned this issue will never be resolved because I am not getting any help for my problems. I also have my master bedroom bathroom that's having issues with plumbing and it's been weeks and nobody will come to fix the plumbing in the master bedroom. I'm paying for a two bedroom two bathroom apartment but there is only one shower that's available. These two issues are the problem and seem to just get looked over whenever I request a work order.Business Response

Hello
I asked my maintenance coordinator to reach out the resident so that myself along with a maintenance technician can go to the unit to access the issue. I was advised that he was out of town, and he did not give a return date. I then reached out to the ********** to ask if we had permission to enter the unit without him being present. He was very disrespectful and really did not want to hear anything that I had to say. We basically ended the call with him saying that when he gets back in town, he will call the office. This is MY second attempt with trying to enter his unit.
