On June *********************************************************************************************************************** the $7,500 Tax credit. When I went to the appointment I was placed with *** (sales employee). Right away I made it very clear that I'm looking to lease an EV and that I needed the incentives that they were offering online on the ****** website and *** CREDIT OF $7,500. After we settle for a car, we go through financing and several multiple chances where *** could have let me know that the car WASNT GOING TO QUALIFY FOR THE *** CREDIT. *** stated as I was about to leave the dealer in the new Equinox EV "I WASN'T GOING TO SHOW YOU THIS BUT THE *** DOESN'T QUALIFY FOR THE CREDIT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR."Instead of *** telling me to go inside and speak with a manager or someone who can better explain the situation that i'm in now after signing finance papers; He proceeds to let me leave the dealership.I was called by the dealership on July 1st to see how everything went and I told them what happened and they said that they would call me right away because they understand the problem. I was never contacted back. I took it upon myself to start calling the dealer. I was speaking with *********, an employee at *********************** of Lauderhill and she listened to me and said she would call me back in the next couple of minutes. She proceeds to not return my call. When I called back and was transferred to her she did not pick up any of my 4 phone calls and let it ring endlessly. After getting frustrated with the situation I asked for a manager and was placed with Sales Manager *****. After ***** Listened to me, he continued to sympathize with me but states there is nothing to do. He proceeds to offer me a free oil change or a free tank of gas. I state to him those two things are useless for an electrical vehicle.A report has been filed with FLHSMV (Florida Highway safety and motor vehicles) and have taken upon myself to contact Grieco *****************

I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with ****** miles on it on March 18.. After having the vehicle only 2 weeks, I noticed issues with the truck shifting. I took it to a transmission repair shop and was told the transmission would have to be rebuilt or replaced at a cost of $5.200. I called the dealer and left messages and never heard back. I then texted the sales manager and did not get a reply. (The saleman was ********************* and the manager was **********.) When I test drove the vehicle they only took me around the block so it didn't get up to full speed so I didn't notice the problem. I went on vacation right after I got the truck so didn't drive it much the first week. I'd driven only a couple of hundred miles when I noticed it was really having issues shifting. I only drive 10 miles to work so didn't drive it much. This had to be a pre-existing condition that the dealership did not disclose. I did not drive it enough to do any damage to the transmission. I put $15,000 down and financed the remaining balance of approx. $18,000. I'd like the dealership to fix the transmission that they didn't tell me needed repair when I purchased the vehicle.

I am making their *************** aware of Service problems with a brand new 2023 ***** equinox. On June 26/20/23 my vehicle was brought into the service department after the defroster went out and the car was leaking water which damaged the floor panel. The problem was fixed and the rugs were replaced. On approximately August 13th I was driving with my elderly mother and granddaughter when the whole steering column gave out and I received a message on the screen stating steering assist not working drive carefully. Thankfully the car broke down basically in front of the dealership, so I was able to carefully maneuver the vehicle to the dealership. It has been almost three weeks and my vehicle is still not fixed I am constantly told that the part is on national back order. I was given a rental which is not comparable to my vehicle which is causing issues with my knees. When asked if they could trade the vehicle or replace my vehicle with a another working vehicle, I was told that I would have to start a whole new contract and my car payments would be about $1000 which is truly unacceptable. I would like my car replaced due to it having two different mechanical issues. The car was purchased on April 7th 2023. I have continued to make the car payment inspite of the mechanical issues.

My 2017 ********** electric propulsion system stopped functioning on Oct. 31, 2022. I have been told that it is a failure of the control module for the main battery. They stated that this was covered under the drive train warranty. They paid for a car rental for two months but I grew concerned for the insurance liability while driving that vehicle. It necessitated purchasing car insurance for the rental as well as paying for car insurance for my immobile Volt that has been parked on their back lot all this time. The only response when i talk to ***********************************, the service coordinator, is that the part is on a national back order. (Part number ********) He also told me to call ************************* for *************** ************** I called them on March 21, 2023 and they gave me a case number (9-8544973761). I was told I would have a service rep or case manager give me update calls or emails about the status of my repair and the long awaited for part. When I called a second time, they said the part was on the way to Grieco, when I called the dealership I was told that part did not work, it was sent back and they're awaiting another part. I feel highly suspicious about their real intent to fix my car. This is a hardship and in a sense, theft.

I have brought my truck in several times in the past year plus concerning leak that your mechanics could never find ...my ac has not been working and I brought it in today4/5/23 and was told it cant be looked at for 3-4 days minimum ...I was not told this when I scheduled service and I need a vehicle to go to work .I was adv when I purchased vehicle that loaners are provided and I was adv you don't have any every time I need one ...I was not offered a rental either yet you expect me to go a week without a car or a week not being able to get to work ... I paid the last time I came because the technicians were never able to find the leak but it kept leaking ..I had a certified Mechanic (whom I had to pay) look at it and they see slow leaks in the ac actuator valves that have been ongoing but never resolved this has been ongoing as your records will show 3-4 time bringing it in and nothing ...Who do I need to escalate this with as I have had this issue over and over and you wont fix it correctly. this should ***** been under warranty and fixed the last several times. I asked where I can take vehicle and gentleman that called me ***** said nothing he can do and didn't offer any assistance This is not what I paid for and there is a lack of communication. I purchase a used 2019 Buick Encore January ***** about a month after I purchased it I took it back to the dealership because it started shaking after driving it pass 50 MPH. The shop manager claimed to have repaired the problem but it got worse over time. The third time I took the car back for the same issue I was made aware that the parts the car need would be covered by the extended warranty and they will call me once the parts were available. I received a call on September 26, 2022 from the service person telling me the parts were in and I can bring my car. I scheduled an appointment for Friday Sept. 30, 2022 @ 8:00 am. I brought the car in and around 12:45 pm I was told that the repairs were going to take a little longer that expected they would need to put me in a rental car until the car is completed. The following week I received a call that the warranty company was not going to cove the parts needed to repair my car and that I needed to call them to find out why they were not going to cover my parts. I called the warranty company and they stated they were coving the parts that was originally requested but that the service tech had broken a part that was attached to another part and they were not covering that part. The service manager stated that I was going to be responsible for paying for the repair now that I should call my insurance company to see if they would pay for it. Mean while I was still driving the rental car. I spoke to the sales manager he traded me out of the old car which was still in the repair shop. But the rental company charged my card for the rental. But I did not have a contract with them and the car dealership only paid for four days. I still don't understand why the dealership did not pay for a rental that they put me in due to repairs being done to my car. In turn Enterprise charged my card $792.54 instead of the $50.00 dollars they stated they needed for the rental in order for me to take the car they needed a card.

I have been asking since Sept. 11, **************************************************************************************************** This service was refused by the service department, and it is the second time they indicated they had no record of coverage (it happened for routine service, which we had covered and canceled after it was refused). We had to pay out of pocket for the tires I should have been covered for, which constitutes a breach of service. We went to another service provider who said the tires were so worn down that they were not safe, so the claim was valid, and refusing to hold up their end put us in a precarious situation to compromise our safety. I am also continuing to be charged for the service for two months, so I am continuing to pay for the service after it was breached by Grieco Lauderhill Chevrolet service department. I am requesting the following:-Proof/confirmation ************ and VSC coverage are canceled - Refund of entire term of ************ coverage due to breach of contract -Refund of VSC backdated to September 12, when I was told the cancellation request I made on September 11 would be processed for a total of two months.
