    I am writing to formally file a complaint against OnCall Parking Management for a violation of Florida Statute ******. My vehicle was towed from ******************** on 10-28-2024, and the towing company transported my vehicle more than 10 miles away, exceeding the maximum distance allowed by the statue. According to Florida Statute ******(2)(a)(2), when towing occurs vehicles may not be taken to a storage facility more than 10 miles from the location of the tow within populous counties. ************** falls within this restriction, and this action represents a clear violation of the statute. Due to this improper tow, I have experienced a loss of income resulting in more than $500.00 due to not being able to work the day the car was towed, gas money, and the cost of $203.88 plus a 3% cc fee to get my car out of the tow yard. Furthermore, I had to find last minute assistance to help me get my 5 year old to school. In retrieving the vehicle, time taken additional mileage expenses this has caused a destruction to my everyday life. Furthermore, OnCall Parking's failure to follow state law has caused unnecessary distress and financial loss. To address this matter, I am requesting: 1. Immediate reimbursement for all towing and storage fees associated with this improper tow. 2. Compensation for additional costs incurred due to violation. 3. Assurance that OnCall Parking will adhere to Florida Statue ****** in the future to prevent further violations. I appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter and helping ensure that this management company operates in compliance with state laws.     THE ABSOLUTE WORST BUISNESS IVE EVER DEALT WITH.CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE AND THEY PREY ON VEHICLES THAT ARE ALREADY REGISTERED WITH THE COMMUNITY AND FORCE YOU TO REGISTER WITH THEM AND PAY AN ADDITIONAL 70 A YEAR WHILE LEAKING ALL OF YOUR INFO TO THE DARK WEB "ACCIDENTALLY".COMMUNISM AT ITS FINEST.
