    January 2, **** at 8:38 AM, I did curbside pickup at the McDonalds in *******, *******. This used to be a nice location. The past 2-3 years not so much. I've had nothing but problems including being kept waiting half an hour in curbside pickup. January 2 I ordered 2 small frappes, one caramel, one mocha, along with food items. An older man came out (after again an overlong wait) and handed me the food items and said the frappe machine was being cleaned or broken - I don't remember which. He was nice enough (because he was older), said I would be refunded for the frappes and contact them if I wasn't. Well, I haven't been. I contacted the headquarters and they said they would contact the location and I have not heard anything since. I want my money back. I am not going to drive 2 hours to this location and be met with horrible attitudes from new workers. You can send a check to cover the cost of 2 small frappes.

    Happened over a week ago. Have called McDonalds 9 times, spoken to 9 different people who all assured me they would pass my complaint on to appropriate person and have them call me back. No one ever got back to me. Went to my local sheriffs office and they suggested I contact you. Everyday I get a senior coffee that costs 1.06 with tax, I gave the rep a 20 dollar bill and was given back three ones and some change. I paused and said you owe me more money. Manager came and said he would have to count the drawer. I pulled over and waited. He said the drawer was over $5.00. I told him to check again and he said there was NOTHING else he could do. he was pretty snarky. Once again, I gave the rep a 20, take 1.06 out for senior coffee and my change should have been 18.94. Hve not been back since, and McDonalds lost a customer, to say nothing of the many friends I told the story to.
