    On January 9th, I had a garage door screen installed by Shade Brothers and made the second payment of 50% which was for the total full payment of $2824.80. On January 10th I called and emailed Shade Brothers to report that the screen was not hitting the ground evenly and on the right side there was a gap. I called again on January 11th and made an apt for them to send technicians out to fix the issue. On January 17th the technicians that installed the screen, ***** and **** came back and saw the gap and loosened the left side. I told them that was not a satisfactory resolution because it was too slack and I took photos. I told them the pieces of metal on either side were not cut the same length and one went below a block on one side and not the other and that *** be the issue. Since they manufacture the screens, I figured they could just cut another metal piece to replace the side that was shorter. I called Shade Brothers back to tell them the loosening of the screen on one side was not satisfactory and they were going to send them out again. I missed their visit because of placing it on wrong week on calendar but was told all they were going to do is take more pictures anyways. I called Shade Brothers again on January 26th and January 29th and I spoke with ******* (who I apologized to for getting mad and yelling at) and **** ended up hanging up on me after I told him I felt I was getting the run around and being lied to. I called back again that day and ******* said they were parting ways with me and I did not agree to that, since the issues had not been resolved. These representatives had argued with me every time and it became clear that they had no intention of helping me resolve the issue. I then contacted my credit card company for advice and filed a dispute for charges and emailed Shade Brothers on February 6th telling them that I did not authorize any further payments on my credit card.
