Ran out of materials while on site. Used my materials. Didn't want to discount the work for my help and materials. I paid extra for coated hardware cloth and they didn't have enough to cover the job. You'll see in the photo the different color. Mine is the silver throughout the perimeter of the top Left numerous gaps in hardware cloth. Used damaged wood. Made the trap door smaller than the cage itself. I asked for the the nesting area to be in the upper 2/3s of the cage and they put it at the bottom 2/3s. I asked for the roof to hang approx 6" off the edge of the roof. They made it flush with the coop. When I brought some of these issues up to Jerica she continually rebuttaled me instead of seeing to provide customer service. Poor attitude and out for herself Be careful to get everything in writing from. I felt like I was dealing with a con artist/hustler versus an industry professional. If you add on any small amount of work on site, prepare for them to give you an enormous bill to make up for their cheap initial prices. They'll do it very sneaky too..."hey do you want this one feet or two feet? "Two please." The extra foot earned me a 395 dollar bill...They might have cheaper prices but it will surely come with problems.
