              Worst Realtor I have ever used. She worked with is to buy a house and we requested repairs be done. We were notified that the sellers agreed to have the repairs done. I asked Theresa Morris if they were done before we closed and she told us yes. After the closing we found out all the repairs had not been done and she negotiated an escrow amount to be held and the repairs done after the closing. We were never informed about this. Also the Title company but the escrow amount on the Settlement papers, sent them to our mortgage broker and then changed them at closing without the mortgage company's knowledge. Weeks after we closed I get a call from a contractor to complete the repair. I called her office and she would not return my call. The repair is still not complete and I still have not received a call from her. She did not have any authority to accept any "after the sale" repair and show have documented this for us to sign.
