***FIND SOMEONE WITH INTEGRITY***We decorate our yard for Halloween. Before we decorated, we reached out to him via email asking if they would be able to work around them so they wouldn't be damaged. His response was, "we will be careful. We will cut around." We decorated 10/1. First service was 10/5. Evening of 10/5 one of the inflatables didn't inflate because it had a massive gash in it. Appeared to be from a weedwacker. Notified Oscar 10/5. His initial response was, "I'm sorry about that, but I talked to my guy and he says did not do it. Please, I need you not to throw him in the trash. I need to see." Oscar came 10/11 to see the damage. He said his guys didn't do it, they didn't use a weedwacker at our house (used every other time), and that the damage was caused by someone tearing it (complete with arm motion). I explained to him that we have pictures from 10/4 showing it working fine, his guys came 10/5 for service, and he was notified night of 10/5 that it was damaged. He again said his guys didn't do it that someone else must have come onto our property after his guys left to tear the inflatable. When I repeated that back to him, in all it's stupidity, he said he wasn't going to argue with me, that "$150 (the expected cost to replace) is nothing to him." He asked to have pictures sent of the exact replacement and he would replace it. Found the exact one and it was $89 instead of the expected$150. His response was "Yes, as I told you yesterday, my guys did not do that, what I can do is not charge for the month of October, please let me know.Thanks"Lawn care for a month doesn't cover the replacement cost, not to mention he stated he would replace it, even asked for pictures, then refused and stopped replying to email.With so many other companies- find one with integrity and decent people that choose to do the right thing. Accidents happen; find a company with people who have integrity and a higher level of professionalism to own mistakes & make it right.
