    I worked with ******* ****** to arrange a vehicle for transportation for a winery tour. After the tour, I was assigned a $350 charge for "excessive soiling." When I asked ******* what that charge was about, he said the OUTSIDE of the vehicle was dirty and required cleaning. When I pushed back on this, saying the driver had taken wrong turns, the response was that the matter was closed unless I wanted to look into open issues he had with my employer, ***********. I have absolutely NO control over *********** or its business dealings, yet ******* said he is unwilling to look into my situation any further unless I correct the wrongs made against him at ***********.

    All customers enter into an agreement upfront on how much they agree to pay our firm, how and when prior to our firm agreeing to render service, service being rendered and or billing taking place. 

    There are some misunderstandings on the part of the customer.

    Go vip keeps charging for extras and the trip has not even occurred. I Just was bill ANOTHER $104 FOR TOLLS AND PARKING and vehicle cleaning There will not be toll or parking . They are booked for a short drive from the venue to home only on July 20th. It hasn't even occurred yet. They also tried to charge me over an extra $500 in booking fees moths ago which they ended up refunding. I was quoted $350 the day agai. Booked a limo to drive us from the wedding in ****** pa to home in ******************* and I just keep getting more and more hidden frees. This is a scam company !!!

    Dear BBB,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
    The attached documents provide supports the client was not billed for parking or tolls as the client has stated on error.

    The client made a payment for $100.00 per 7D and $4.00 per 7C attached. The client was disclosed this upfront. The client acknowledged, understood, accepted and made this payment per the clients attached signature next to the items.
    As the client was made aware, third parties fill the companies order flow. The $100.00 cleaning / detailing fee is paid to the third party. This is a cost similar to the fee Airbnb and VRBO collects and pays to the hosts/third parties. This is a standard fee. The 4% CCCF was applied to the $100 payment, it is a pass through cost from the payment processor and is also a standard and reasonable fee.

    The $104.00 payment was explained upfront and agreeable by the client. If this response is not acceptable to the client we ask the BBB to please close as the company will direct further correspondence directly to the client outside of the BBB.

    I am rejecting this response because: this business  did not disclose that they were hiring a 3rd party to provide the service. They changed priced that differ from the price quoted on the phone.  Mr ********************** violates the unfair traid practics and consumer protection law with his deceptive practices and by quoting different prices on the phone and charging hidden fees and services.  ************ even chages a fee for you to call and ask a question.   He gave us a  misleading and false sales pitch in order to get us to book and then charges extra fees. My card has been charged multiple fees and the service has not yet been provided.  We did not even book him until 7/20/2024. Cleaning fees , 3rd part fees etc have been charged.  I would like to be fully refunded and the service canceled as this is a complete scam and violation of consumer rights.  ************ has stated that I am not able to be refunded if canceled. No service has *** provided. I was also told if I call to dispute the charge  another $500 will be charged per transaction.

    I would also like to add that the paper work I signed did not have  the times listed. Once received it stated that their will be a charge if the vehicle isn't returned by 10:45 pm.  Our pick up time is 10pm and is a one way trip.  From ****** Pa to ******** Pa.  It doesn't seem possible for their vehicle to be returned to it warehouse in 45 min.   And again a charge of now over $800 total for a 45 min service is outrageous and was not what was quoted.

    Clearly there is pattern of unintended errors and or mistrusts being spread by the client. Attached is the document with the clients signature on it where it clearly has the times listed on it, contrary to what the client has claimed does not exist.     The business did NOT have the times and dates on their electronic contract which is now unable accessed because the business removed the access on the " drop box." account. I have been charged 3 time now for a service that HAS NOT YET OCCURRED.  How can I be charged for a cleaning fee when I haven't used the limo YET? This company has sneaky charges I they are using unfair business practices.  This man has multiple lawsuits for these same actions and keeps changing the business name.  This is not right in any way.

    This company is solely hear to rip you off. They are a third party rental business. Was quoted and charged $1,005.00 for a 4hr party bus trip and was told that the tip money they charged me would go to the driver. Two days later was charged $356 for what looks like them to call and set up a bus. When the driver showed up he stated he will never drive for these people, all they do is rip people off and he never sees a dime of the money they say they will tip him. So we tip him on top of all that. Next day I get charged $364 to clean the outside of the bus that they said got dirty because of the route I chose and had to be professionally cleaned. It hasn't rained in over a week and the bus never left concrete. Spoke with the bus driver and the owner that stated the bus was perfectly fine and didn't need cleaning. Emailed VIPWORLDWIDE and they said it was their decision if the bus is dirty and the owners had no say. They couldn't provide proof it was dirty nor who cleaned it, they never saw the bus the don't even live in the same state. Don't let these people lie to you I've already talked to them and they say they don't care.

    I am rejecting this response because: ************ just uses unfair business practices to lie to you to get you to sign a bad faith contract. I was fine with the first surprise charge to do basically nothing but after the service was done and was charged again for services not rendered and not needed. Company says that I got the party bus extremely dirty on the outside and it had to be cleaned. The REAL owner of the bus, which this company made me believe was theirs before the contract, stated that it was untrue, they are lying and no cleaning was done. Of course in this bad faith contract this company showed me that in it , it states that the cleanliness is at the sole discretion of them and not the owner. ************ is not even in the same state the the vehicle is in and when I asked for proof of their statements was told  they would not comment further on this. Go VIP Worldwide has fake operations all over the country and just change the names to match the locations they claim to be at.

    I am rejecting this response because: Matt ********************** and one of his limo services in **** ** had to settle a lawsuit with the ** attorney generals office for the exact same thing he did to me dealing with misleading and bad faith contracts. If he was convicted their for the same things he does to other people then obviosity he is guilty here and no we did not resolve this issue on 12/19/23 as stated before he just said he would not comment any further on this issue.

    Reservation was for services on 7/29/23 - A Wedding. Sticking to the facts: The driver was late 1 hour & 43 minutes. After waiting an acceptable amount of time with little communication received, it was necessary for the ************* to provide their own transportation. In other words, NO service was provided. Unfortunately, they require a signed contract and payment in advance - making it difficult to hold them accountable. GO VIP does not have vehicle service - Basically they hire out Limo Svcs as needed. We reached out to the owner hoping that in good faith we would receive a refund. However, they refused and admitted that they have refused refunds for customers in the event of death. Very unfortunate situation. The Groom is an EMT/First ******************** who had to pay for services not received. Due to circumstances that can't be discussed - rescheduling is not an option.

    Go VIP Worldwide searched its database and found no *** L as a client/purchaser of Go VIP Worldwide in the past. This complaint with the BBB by ******** is therefore misplaced.

    Anytime Go VIP Worldwide performs services for a company or individual person there is a written contract put in place upfront between Go VIP Worldwide and the purchaser (the purchaser being an individual person or a person on behalf of a company) prior to Go VIP Worldwide receiving any payment from the purchaser and or commencing any service. This said contract serves as proof as to whom is/was the client/purchaser patronizing Go VIP Worldwide and whom did business with Go VIP Worldwide. Go VIP Worldwide has not conducted business with this person **********

    Please request *** L submit the contract referenced in the complaint to the BBB and for Go VIP Worldwides records. This contact will not have this persons name on it as a party the agreement with Go VIP Worldwide as it does not exist in Go VIP Worldwides database. 

     If its found *** L did not transact with Go VIP Worldwide and this persons name is not on the contract, please close this matter.

    In my opinion, This owner is extremely unethical.  All of the documentation that I sent shows that we (myself & ****) discussed this matter in detail on several occasions via phone & email.  They continue to respond giving false information to the BBB and claiming that they are not familiar with this matter. As 

    Now, its interesting that perhaps they changed their business name? From GoVIP to Walten Point Productions?

    Reading other disappointed reviews it appears that they take advantage of trusting people - taking their hard earned money. Even later attempting to charge for more n/a fees. And, admitting that he has not refunded a customer for a wedding where the spouse had died.

    Upon information and belief, ***************** is not a consumer/purchaser/customer of ********************** and *********************** name appears on *********** credit/debit account under the merchant name Go VIP Worldwide because:

    1. *********** account information was stolen by someone and used by someone who entered into a written agreement with Go VIP Worldwide and that person verified (via the written agreement) that *** L authorized him/her to use *********** account for the purchase at Go VIP Worldwide. 

    or  

    2. ******** provided her account information and authorized someone else to use her account to make a purchase at Go VIP Worldwide. The person then made a purchase with *********** account information at Go VIP Worldwide via a written agreement between the authorized person to use *********** account and **********************. 

    In either case Go VIP Worldwide has rendered the agreed upon services to the purchaser (whom is listed on the contract and it is not ********) as per the user/service agreements terms and conditions.

    ***************** does not exist as a customer in *********************** data base of customers.

    We have no further information to share regarding this. We sent communication to our customer regarding *********** concerns.
