My mom (*********************** 78) and her husband (***************************** 97) had an AC unit installed in the beginning of June 2022 by Bee Sure Cooling and Heating. The total was $5,458. She paid $2,500 by check and $2,958 on credit card. Due to some confusion she was charged an additional five extra charges on her credit card, three of which have been credited back. However, two additional charges remain on her card $2,579 and $2,879 which equals exactly $5,458. My mom has been charged twice for an AC system just in different increments. Bee Sure Cooling has been contacted by text and phone calls on numerous occasions about this situation. The company will not contact us back. Thank you for your help. ***********************
