    Our biggest problem when we purchased our new double wide mobile home was with ***** ********************** of ********************** Home Transport Team. (He will gladly tell you he has been in the business for 40 years and knows what he is doing. Any problems we had was our fault.) He and his team delivered our double wide to our property at the end of November. They left cigarette butts, empty chip bags and water bottles around our yard along with pieces of broken concrete blocks. **********************s team came back in December to marry the exterior of the two halves together. (We were not there for these 2 visits). We sent pictures to the dealership in December of the shoddy way our home was married. There were definitely problems at the ridge caps.In May, after repeated inquiries to the dealership about when Mr. ********************** would return, and him not showing up when promised, we contacted Florida Highway Safety and ************************* in ***********. In a few days a Compliance Examiner for Manufactured Housing came to do an inspection. Not only did they find the problem with the ridge caps but a total of 6 things needed to be corrected by Mr. **********************. The state stayed in contact with Mr. ********************** and in June, our home was finally completed.
