    We hired *********************** Timeshare Remedy to help us get out of three Timeshare contracts. In the beginning he was responsive and promised reimbursement of 20,000-30,000. Now he cannot be reached. We found out he did get our contracts cancelled and then ***** himself sold them to someone else basically getting paid twice. Our timeshare corporate office says this is a scam and no one gets money back unless there is a trial. Internet now says ***** has been arrested for ,"criminal traffic." charges. That *** explain part of why he is unreachable.

    Do not do business with this company or with ***********************. He operates a fraud company, takes your money and he lies to you. I am also a victim of this fraud company, Timeshare Remedy, LLC - ***********************. I filed a complaint with the Florida *********************** and after a few months I was told that there isn't enough complaints against Timeshare Remedy LLC or ***********************. For those that is visiting this webpage or has written a review on this company, PLEASE connect the Florida *********************** and file a fraud complaint. The more complaints against this person and company the more of a chance that a complaint could be filed and investigated and that *********************** could be charged with all of the fraud and money stealing that occurred.     We were in the same boat with this piece of ****. We have two weeks TS and guarantees to get us out of our TS or your money back. After one year, we made a formal request for a full $7200 refund since nothing was being done and we were still paying maintenance fees. He called us directly insisting they were close to getting our TS canceled (all documented in emails). Just stringing us along until he could secure his escape with our money along with many others. Wondering if there's a class action lawsuit against timeshare remedies and this piece of ****. I'll sign up.

    IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS STAR I WOULD. SAME AS THE OTHER REVIEW, *************** , OWNER OF TIMESHARE REMEDY, TOOK MY 7200 DOLLARS, GAVE MY 1 WEEK OF TIMESHARE TO ANOTHER FIRM TO GET ME OUT. KEPT MY OTHER WEEK FOR HIMSELF TO GET ME OUT AND NEVER DELIVERED. CONSTANT LIES THAT HE HAD SENT IN THE ***** WORK AND THE TIMESHARE PLACE NEVER RECEIVED ANY *****WORK. AFTER 18 MONTH OF LYING TO ME, HE DROPPED HIS E-MAIL ADDRESS , GOT NO MORE RESPONSES - JUST A MAILER DEMON. WON'T RETURN VOICE MAIL MESSAGES. AND COST ME MORE MAINTENANCE FEES. THANKS ************** FOR TAKING ME OVER BIG TIME. HOW MANY OTHERS HAVE YOU DONE THIS TOO. HIS MEN AT THE TIMESHARE CANCELLATION SEMINAR ALSO GUARANTEED TIMESHARE REMEDY WOULD GET US OUT OF BOTH. WEEKS. CAN'T BELIEVE I FELL FOR THEIR MISS REPRESENTATION OF THERE PRODUCT.

    If this is affiliated with *************************, it is probably just another scam. He was paid 4 grand to get me out of my time share over 18 months ago. Needless to say , due to his inability to perform as promised, I am still making payments on my maintenance fees for the time share. Thanks ****************, did you eat well on my money? ***********
