On December 7 **** i had a appointment to have my **** ***** Miata touched up in several areas that i paid an additional ****** for. The original date was in October of 2022. i kept getting the run around during 2023. I got there most expensive paint job that came with a 5 year warranty. When i arrived on December 7, ****, the General Manager *************************** looked over the car. He agreed with me that the body work was not done properly. He told me that the person who painted the car would not get any money to do the work that was needed. He told me that he would only compensate me with money. I told him that i have a 5 year warranty on this car. I did not agree with this, but he said you probably would not like how it would come out. He said that he could give me ******. I told him that was enough. He asked me what i thought was fair. I told him ******. He said he would have to call Corporate, and would have a answer either that afternoon or on December 8, ****. I call the office number on Dec 8th ************. Each time that he was busy and he would call me back. I had his business card. I then texted him on Dec 8 at ************. He did text me back and said that he is still waiting for Corporate to decide. I have all those texts on my cell phone. As of today there has been no response. When i originally went to pay for the transaction i put in on my Discover Charge Card. I decided to contact them. They put a dispute in with this company. I was told however because it was over 120 days if they didnt respond, there was nothing that they could do. They never responded. I would appreciate it if you can help me. i have the letter that i sent to Discover attached. Thanks so much sincerely *************************

Brought car in for repair on May 30th. The shop used OEM parts which they are well aware insurance does not cover. They also failed to provide documentation to get other supplements to get paid. They then are trying to put the bill on me for them doing work and using parts that were not approved by insurance. I have the insurance supplements as well as the final bill from the shop. They refused to fix this, are holding my car hostage, and have refused to provide the owners contact information
