Priority Vacations initially approached me via phone in 6/24. I was offered $1800 per week for 6 weeks of unused RCI travel. I was not told they would "advertise" my points; I was told they would rent out the 6 weeks for a MINIMUM of $1800 per week and that these weeks were in high demand right then. I was repeatedly "GUARANTEED" "100%" that I would receive this money WITHIN ***** days. All I had to do was reserve the rooms for them for $2994. The sales person told me I would begin receiving offers, and all I had to do was accept or decline the offers, and I'd get the money...That's it. I never received one offer. 2 mos later, I was called by Grand Vacations offering the same exact thing. I told them I was already signed up with Priority Vacations, so I could not. This lady said that Grand Vacations was a much larger Company and could get my money faster, AND if I switched to them, Priority Vacations was "required by law" to refund the $2994. Again, same "100% guarantee", and all I had to do was reserve the weeks for $2000 this time, bc they were giving me a discount to switch to them. GUARANTEED a minimum of $1800 per week for 6 weeks paid to me in no more than 90 days. All I had to do was accept the offers. Then came the "offers", which was nothing like they said. I started getting specific requests for certain resorts on certain dates. I asked what I was supposed to do with that; they said I was responsible for going onto the *** site and seeing if the resort was available for the specified time. It almost never was, not even close. They said I could submit similar Resorts closeby and/or similar dates. So I did that...all the time. And sometimes the actual resort/dates were available. EVERY SINGLE TIME I submitted an availability, even when they asked for that specific availability, I was told it was "not needed at this time ". 90 days went by; I asked for my money; I was told it was a 180 day contract. 1st time I'd heard that. That was 7 mos ago. No money.Initial Complaint

In august of 2023 I gave this company ******* To rent out property. They keep. Pushing me off and telling me next month or in 2 weeks. They told me in 6 months that I would be able to get my money back if they didn't have the property rented now. They're changing the story and tell me that they're not giving me my money back. I've read many other reviews online about this place. Not being legit.I'm out all of this money and nobody will help meCustomer Answer

Priority vacation rental told us that it was a money back guarantee. If the property was not rented out at first , they told us it would be 90 Days and then when that came they told us we told you in the beginning that it was a 180 days And then when that came they told us, we never told you that you would get a guarantee for your money back and I told them repeatedly. Everybody everybody at your company stated this. I've called many ti'm's and you guys keep changing the story. And I asked to be connected to a suprovider. And the person on the phone always says they are the supervisor and there's nothing that can be done. They keep dragging it off next week next month in 2 weeks but nothing ever happens. Over the holidays, it's guaranteed that you will get your money and nothing has ever happened. And now their story has changed.Initial Complaint

Was told that they would market and rent out our unused weeks from our timeshare and all we had to do was confirm the weeks that they had requested and we'd get paid a minimum of $2100/week that we listed with them. We did 4 weeks so that income would've been great based off the original 2000 paid in. The weeks they sent for requesting rentals were never available and was told that at the end of the 180 days, the guaranteed reimbursement would end so refund would be sent. They now changed that to say they would list things again at their expense to try get things rented. Not what was previously agreed upon. This is a predatory company 100%!!!Initial Complaint

I received a call and email today for three weeks and I ok'd and signed the paperwork. I was told I had to notify *** in turn told me I needed to speak to the Grandview because I was the owner of the timeshare. I was told by *** and ********* that they do not work with this **mpany. I got through to a *** at Priority and she said they were a ***utable ** and did their rentals . I looked them up and they have a low BBBs**re and told the ***. ********* our money back and she said they **uld't return that it had to be reimbursed through the rentals. I was contacted by this company stating they partnered with my vacation rental mortgage company to rent properties. They wanted me to release my 5 weeks of rental allowance for them to sell to renters for an upcoming conference on *******. They stated the renters were vetted and guaranteed, I just needed to release the property and send the fee of $2,700. I would then receive the rental fees of $10,000 no later than November 2023. I confirmed with the salesperson that these renters were already lined up and ready to go. I was told yes, there was a conference They were booking for and desperately needed the rentals. She said they would be renting them to the guaranteed renters within the next week and I had nothing to worry about. I then never heard from them again. I contacted them in December 2023, since I was guaranteed payment by November. I was told, Oh, yes, we have that in process, we will send you over the rental documents to sign and call you back in ***** hours. I never heard from them again. I have since called 7 times and have been told thst exact same thing each time, but with assurances that it was really going to happen this time. I still never received any communication from them. I let them know I was reaching out to BBB and the state attorney general. I let them know I had been very patient and the only reason I agreed to the deal was that the lady that phoned me told me she was an authorized partner of my ************* Ownership and she had the renters ready to go within the week. None of that was true.Initial Complaint

On February 2, 2024 Priority Vacation Rental called me that they had obtained information from Holiday Inn Resorts (whom I have a point exchange) and stated that they saw I had un-used getaway that they could rent out that same month, they asked I pay $2,396 for the rental and that within the next ***** days I would receive the amount of $8,000 for the rentals as they already had the renters set up, which was the only reason I did it. So, when I called 3 months later to inquired they said that it had fallen through and that they would continue to try and rent, I made several attempts to request a refund by calling and sending emails to them, and they said I would have to wait until February, 2, 2025, when I called as soon as their office opened on Feb. 3, 2025 due to them being closed the weekend they said they did not due refunds only that they would continue to try and rent the property and be reimburse that way, I was upset and informed them that was not what i was informed and that this was stealing; and I demanded to talk to a manager and again request my refund and she said that they couldnt do a refund when I said they stole my money with lies and now refuse to give me my money the manager and representative stated that I could still rent out my *** getaways, I told them this was against the law and that I would report them and they said that was my right. When I called ******************* to inquire about them they said they were fraudulent that there is no such thing an unlimited getaways so now I dont know how they even got my number and to not believe them, which unfortunately I had already been taken for my $2,396.00 which this company stole.I have called the company, sent emails and spoken to a manager and they all refuse to refund my money, they are fradulent and gave me false information.Initial Complaint

I sent my notice to Priority Vacation Rentals of my desire to cancel my contract and receive a refund with certified receipt, return receipt requested. The interesting thing is that although I sent it to their address as listed in their correspondence (****************************************************), the receipt was signed by a ***** ******** at ************************************************************************************** I'm not sure what this different address is for, but thought it should be recorded in the file of my complaint.
Also, it should be stated that for the multiple emails I sent them at their address shown both on their website and in their correspondence, the emails always bounced back with a note "undeliverable"!!
One final piece of information, they tried to call me on 2/11/2025 at 6:13pm when I was at dinner with friends. I didn't pick up but they left no message. I'm not sure if I should be responding to them or if this should all be handled through BBB since I've now filed a complaint.
Thank you.

When I spoke with **** ******** on October 23, 2023 about renting my newly acquired vacation club deeded weeks in order to make money for the annual dues, I was skeptical, but optimistic. In order to sell me on their services, I was PROMISED a refund if they could not successfully market my property to result in rental. Now, when I call, they are saying they never said this to me, and NO ONE there has the capability of rendering me a refund. Their contract claims that once they market the property, that is considered "services rendered," but the point of their marketing is to RENT properties (it's literally in their name!), which they have failed to do, and thus they have not actually followed up on their end of the deal.Initial Complaint

Priority Vacations cold called promising to market our unused vacation weeks with a guaranteed rental of 4 weeks at a minimum of $1800 per week in 2024 (could be more, they said) for a fee of $1599.00. After paying the marketing fee and being attentive to email and phone, it has been a complete scam. My property does not show up on their website, as my contract claims it will and when I call every month, it has been a year of pushing me off that I can get my money back after 3 months, then after 6 months and then after 1 year. It has been over a year and they are still refusing to refund my money. They have not marketed my weeks as promised. The employees claim to not know the name of their boss or the name of who hired them. Priority Vacations has not upheld the terms of the contract and I should be refunded for their breach of contract.Initial Complaint

On 12/28/23, I signed a contract with *** to rent out four weeks of timeshare properties and paid $1996. I was told by the agent that I would basically double my money in the next few months as many rentals are being requested. On 4/1/24, I received my first offer to rent 3 specific RCI properties and none of the three listed property dates worked (and I notified them). I called on 6/7/24 to say I haven't received any more offers and was told I would receive them in next two weeks. I then received a second offer on 6/17/24 and one of the three property dates worked but the promotions department said the offer was good if only all three worked. At that point, I was told that I could get a full refund at six months and should call back on 6/28/24. I called on 6/28/24 and was told that I could only receive a full refund at the one year **** and that PVR was paying $180 out of their own pocket to re-****et the properties. They told me to call back on 12/18/24 for a full refund. I emailed PVR on 10/29/24 to state I had not received any offers since we last talked in June and on 11/4/24, they sent me my third offer. Again, none of the dates worked. On 11/5/24, I received a voicemail from *** to call them and I did and they said they would be sending more offers. On 11/8/24, I sent another email stating I still had not received any offers and PVR called me saying they received my email and would be sending offers shortly. As of 1/6/25, I have not received any more offers. On 1/6/25, I called (and recorded conversation) and was told I was on the "priority" because of not being able to rent any properties. I asked for a full refund (as it has been a year) and customer *** said she had to talk to refund team. She came back on the phone and said the refund team said I did not qualify and they would continue to re-****et. She said no manager was available to talk to and there was no other number for me to call. I would like a full refund.Customer Answer

I have re-read my original complaint and am very confused as none of the reasons below apply:
Duplicate complaint
Consumer did not provide sufficient information.
Complaint contained inappropriate language.
Complaint was illegible.
Consumer failed to provide necessary clarification.
Complaint filed against wrong company. It has been over a year since I paid $1996 for Priority Vacation Rental to market properties and I was told I could get a full refund at 6 months (which they said they do not do that even though the customer service person told me they would in an earlier call). The customer representative on then said I could get a full refund after one year but they told me at one year that they dont do that. I would appreciate talking with someone in management for clarification and to discuss getting a refund.

I do not understand why this business has been closed? They are a scam and I would love to sue them but that would cost more money than what I spent. This business needs to be put out of business. What do I need to do to make this happen?
