    Signed with Resort Equity Now on Jan 1,2020. Was guaranteed 1400.00/wk when they rented out my Get Aways. There would need to be 45 day waiting period for availability. Told to wait and they will email offers per ******* at ************. Called to check in and spoke to ****** on 2/26/20 and was told that I should hear something near the end of Mar to review the first wave of offers as the 60 days will be up then. They would email or call. Got an offer on April 1, ************************************************************************************************************************ my Get Aways. Left a message on 5-30-2020 touching base and asking for follow up. Call was never returned. Called another time and then on Jun9,2020 there was a request for three more properties to see if they were in my Get Aways and of course, they were not. Left several more messages between July and October 2020 with no return call. On 11-13-20 I spoke with ***** at ************** who said there was no refund and I just needed to be patient and keep trying to call and they will" keep trying to get us paid through the offers". Multiple phone calls between then and now were placed with no response and no requests for properties have come through. There has been no effort since June 9,2020 by Resort Equity Now to abide by their service agreement and actively market and service these get away weeks. the contract even states if they can't use your weeks within the first 6 months they will actively keep trying. This did not happen.Requesting immediate and complete refund. It is clear there is no attempt to actually provide the service that was represented verbally or per the contract and there is a complete lack of customer service or availability to perform the services the business claims to offer as described.

    I was made an offer to rent out my timeshare. I was asked to sign a contract (which I never received soft copy of) and deposit ~$2,000. I follow up with the company annually. My last phone call they stated they made several attempts to call me and that I was #** on the list. I don't delete voice messages or emails, I can confirm the company left no voice messages or emails. I can semi-understand the pause during COVID but there is no excuse to fulfill the contract now. I left another voice message on 5/22/24 and no response.

    this company agree to rent out my timeshare for me . To this day the company will not retun any phone call or emails

    I signed with Resort Equity Now 6/30/2020. I have only received 2 offers from them since. One on 9/22/20 and the other on 11/16/2020. Since then there have been too many calls to them to even try to count. I have also left numerous messages with no response! I filled a previous complaint with the BBB on 3/21/22 and while the BBB did try to contact them there was no response and to this day, there has been no resolution and no refund.

    Purchased the product in March 2020. Was promised that rentals would occur in 6 months. Then the pandemic occurred. After numerous attempts and a couple years passing many calls were not answered. When call were answered I was told to call back and wait for an email response. On some occasions I was told I would be getting a call. I am requesting a refund based on poor customer service and dishonesty.

    On August 7, 2020, I entered into a rental agreement with Resort Equity Now for 2 years for $2,117. This was for the extra 4 weeks available for my Holiday Inn Club Vacations membership at Orange Lake Resort. The contract expired in August and the company failed to perform. I received several "offers" for which none of the rentals had dates available. I called Resort Equity February 7, 2022 and April 11, 2022 (Put on hold for almost an hour - no answer). The company did not respond to my phone calls or didn't answer.
