************ purchased the package back on 01/27/2022 the package was sold with 12 months to book and 18 months to travel. Per our Terms and Conditions the packages have a 30 day cancellation period from the date of purchase. He contacted us on 01/04/2023 just before his package expired and requested His trips our guess is to avoid the package expiring. We sent out his vouchers for the cruise and his **************** and explained to him how to go about securing the dates for his cruise and ****************. We did not hear from him again until 1/18/2024 requesting a refund because he did not use his vouchers. the refund policy is 30 days from purchase or until you request your first voucher. Not sure how this makes us a scam when we followed all of our guidelines and provided everything that was promised at the time of purchase.Review fromAaron S

They are also known as ****** ***** ******* and they radio commercials tricking you that you won and all inclusive package for 299. They trick you into buying vacation packages with alot of hidden charges that they won’t disclose upfront. Once you activate the 200+ usd plus certificate that’s when you find out you have to pay over 500 USD in charges.Resort Save (USA)

We pulled the call from ************** purchase and he was advised about the fees he would need to pay which are the Port Fees and taxes for the cruise and the taxes for his ****** all inclusive trip. We contacted him and advised him of this. We also went over his book by date.Review fromDeonna H

1 starPlease don't bother with this company, I purchased package after hearing a radio ad. There were so many details that were not disclosed during time of purchase, only when booking did, I learn I made a mistake in purchasing with this company. I purchased open destination trips, a cruise and an all-inclusive for an extra cost. The all-inclusive trip was supposed to be a family trip, I was told that I would be able to add my daughter on to the trip with no problem with my other children. However, when I went to pay the reservation fee and book, they said it would be an extra $680 something dollars to add her and that my 13 year old would have to get her own room. Then I learned that dad was no longer able to attend, so I just decided she would use his spot. I called back to try yet again to make reservation and was told 1st without out him we couldn't go then 2nd if I did not make $50,000 alone then we would not be able to keep. No refund would be offered, and they could change it to an open destination without anything extra, even though I paid extra for the all-inclusive. This whole process has been nothing but a headache and a hassle. You can barely book the open destinations, the locations are always booked up, the cruise was the only real thing, and I could have just booked that with the real company. With all the extra money and fees this all was a complete waste. The customer service reps are no help at all either. SAVE your money and use Bluegreens! RUNReview fromLexa G

“Won” this package over a radio contest , was told everything was free besides some of the activities on the cruise. Ended up paying almost $500 , as I was rushed over the phone. I never set a date or activated anything and was still never refunded. Was told this was an “all exclusive round trip” which to my knowledge .. a round trip is a there and back traveling package. Lol. One of their employees called harassing me over the phone asking why I didn’t take the trip and spent so much money I explained everything and they told me traveling fees doesn’t apply and that it was pretty self explanatory , told me I was getting angry and hung up the phone without explaining why they called in the first place. I sent an email to Resort Save to explain everything and they never responded. Resort save is a SCAM. And you are not going to be saving anything ??Resort Save (USA)

We have spoken to the consumer and explained that the Radio Ad is this promo for discounted vacation and was not a contest, it also quote the price to activate the promotional offer and that airfare was not included. The consumer contacted us and was issued her cruise certificate which cannot be voided or canceled once it has been registered. We did send her the Open destination certificate which she has since canceled and been refunded for. The consumer purchased the package 06/22/2022 and had one year to book and 18 months to travel. We have a 30 day cancellation as stated in our Terms & Conditions and a refund was requested in June of 2023. We have offered additional time to book but has it was declined. It is never our intention to ignore any customer complaints and apologize for the lack of response to your concerns. As a good faith effort we have offered additional time to use her remaining trip but it was refused.Review fromCaro M

1 starWOW! What a complete scam. Packages actually cost hundreds more than they advertise as. I should've read the reviews. When I did cal about the reviews claiming it's a scam. They simply said "we already have your money and you're not getting it back." And now a year and a half later I get a call out of the blue from a guy at Resort Save to call me stupid and cheap or even purchasing it! When j said it felt like a scam he started talking about wars in the middle east over religion???? What in the hell? I'm flabbergasted by these people and how they're even still running a business. Rude scammers!!Review fromBr R

1 starScam scam scam. Stay away!!!! As others have already written there are so many unexplained and hidden fees after you pay the initial deposit to get the pkg. We couldn't even get access to the website to view possible trips until we paid the taxes and fees, then found that none of the vacations were completely covered by the voucher. So more fees, more taxes unless you want to upgrade! Then called to see about a refund and was told it's non-refundable when I was originally told I had 30 days to cancel. One customer service rep was telling me that I couldn't get a refund no matter what as he's smacking on food. Then spoke with Nikki who is supposed to be a supervisor who was not forthcoming with corporate info and claimed that Mike her manager was not available. All radio stations should stop promoting this company asap!!!!Review fromTamera C

1 starThis company has been paid for several vacations before Covid!!!! Now they will not honor my vacation because they say it has been to long. They gave me 3 yr but Covid is still a problem. All of my trips were out of the country. I have tried to talk with a supervisor, to no avail!!!!! I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!! The customer service is very poor and it is ridiculous that you can’t speak to a supervisor or manager. This is how companies get away from proper business and this is the reason why they lose. Repeat customers. I will never deal with this.
