    Warrantee work needs to be done on our system. Have been calling for 2 weeks, left messages almost every day with no call back. The water is unuseable due to the system is not recycling. Afraid someone will get sick because of this.

    We have spoken to the customer to schedule repair. His schedule is busy and said he will get in touch with us when he is ready to have the work done.

    On February 2, 2024, I requested a replacement lid for my water softener system. I was informed that it would cost me $60. I followed up two consecutive weeks concerning delivery of the replacement top and was told it had not arrived. Eventually I contacted the corporate office and was advised a replacement top was available and would be provided to me, no mention of a fee from the corporate office. The corporate office reached out to the local salesperson and informed me the salesperson would deliver the top to me on Friday March 1, 2024. The afternoon of Friday March 1, 2024, I emailed the corporate and shared that the top had not been delivered and based on the lateness of the day it did not appear it would be delivered. The local salesperson called me, informed me the $60 fee was not for the replacement top but a fee for him to drive to my home and deliver the replacement top. The salesperson's tome was hostile and combative. I called the corporate office the same day and left a voice message. To date I have received no response from the corporate office. I simply would like a replacement top mailed to my home. This issue has been lingering for more than a month which is a shame since the solution is simple. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
