    I HIRED S&S PAVING ON AUGUST 7TH TO INSTALL ASPHALT ON MY DRIVEWAY. FIRST THE WORKERS DAMAGED MY CONCRETE WALL WHICH WAS NEVER REPAIRED. THE ASPHALT THEY INSTALLED STARTED FALLING APART A FEW DAYS AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. I HAD TO PATCH SOME OF THE DAMAGED ASPHALT WITH ASPHALT PATCH. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO REACH THE FATHER AND THE SON SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO SUCCESS. THEY EITHER IGNORE MY CALLS OR THEY THEY TELL ME THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BACK. I HAVE GRASS GROWING THROUGH THE ASPHALT BECAUSE THESE AREAS HAVE HALF AN INCH OF ASPHALT WHICH IS TOO THIN AFTER I PAID FOR 1 1/2 INCH OF ASPHALT. I HAVE BEEN USING GROUND CLEAR AND WEED KILLER TO KILL THE GROWING GRASS THROUGH MY ASPHALT.

    My driveway that was widened and repaved on August the second of 2024 has grass growing through the asphalt. They promised to return and fix. My calls and text messages are not answered anymore.

    **** and ******* ****** were supposed to do a new driveway for my elderly parents. My parents gave them $13,000 and then they would never answer the phone again. They have stolen deposits from many other elderly people and then just never can be contacted again. We are pursuing legal action to get our money back. October 2024

    After seeking information online about paving companies, ******* from S&S Paving responded . I agreed to have my driveway asphalted. On May 17, 2023 the old asphalt was removed and mixed with new and applied .We signed an agreement which included a 3 year warranty and a top seal to be applied 3 weeks later. Due to inclement weather this did not occur. I have called repeatedly and left messages and received no response until I spoke with ****, the son in October who said he would get back to me the next week. I have continued to call to have this work completed. My warranty covers 3 years. However because the top coat was not applied the driveway has cracks. I seek to have my driveway repaired and completed or my money refunded.

    ************************************ *************************************************************** We paid him $5000.00 in advance for concrete slab work, the last time he responded to an email we have sent him was Jan 14th 2022. He ignored all emails and phone calls attempts made to reach him in order to resolve the matter. We no longer needs his services due to his lack of professionalism and that this point all we need is for him to reimburse us. We are seeking legal routes as well

    May 20, 2023 $700 Liquid asphalt coating of 10x24 driveway BUYER BEWARE...I immediately contacted ******* by text with pictures on completion of the job and expressing my dissatisfaction. The job was very sloppily done and asphalt was tracked on to my entrance foyer pavers. He responded quickly "explaining" that if I gave it a week that driving on it and settling would smooth the driveway out and if I was still unhappy he would come out and fix it. Well, it didn't... Knowing his explanation was not plausible, I cancelled my check and I'm glad I did because after the week was up and I again sent pictures, expressed my dissatisfaction he blew me off

    I hired s&s to replace my driveway. The job consisted of removing old concrete and replacing with pavers.I gave them $7000.00 and several months later there was no progress.I asked for my deposit back and was basically told to sue ****** a senior citizen and sick and cannot afford to lose $7000.00.Ive had another company quote me and their price was 1/2.The man stole from me
