      September 17, 2021-Friday Pick from storage and delivery to *********************, Lawrenceville, Ga. NATIONWIDE MOVERS are Racketeers. I ask for a storage pick up to clear a storage and move long distance to be placed in a house. First they get there late, in an Enterprise truck and the driver/clerk see the 10'X 25ft say they are only there to pick up 350 square cubic feet. I don't know how that translates because I told him I didn't do the math, but a 5-bedroom house sounds way more than 350sq.cubic ft. So they already have my $974.68 non-refundable deposit and when they arrive I was instructed to use my credit card for the remaining balance payment, half before loading and the other half at delivery to pay them half of the balance which is $700.66 pay first then they load-no problem or before they load I had to give them so off they go to the delivery.       In our strenuous search to get my 90 year old grandmother moved from her assisted living in Virginia to her new assisted living in Michigan (to be closer to family) we found what we thought to be the "perfect deal" with Nationwide Movers. I entered our information into a moving company search engine and was contacted with in one minute from a nationwide representative name Jimmy. Jimmy was able to get us a great price and also worked out a second pick up so we could also move the rest of my grandmothers belongings from her home. We emphasize to Nationwide multiple times that this is a huge move for my elderly grandmother and she needs a lot of assistance due to her medical condition on top of being 90 years old. We were PROMISED that her belongings would be shipped to her new assisted living facility in Michigan no later than Saturday, 4 days after pick up. At no point we're we told her belongings would be sitting in a warehouse in order to create freight large enough to complete a lon

      I contacted nationwide moving company to move me from Ohio to Tennessee the movers were a day late picking up but i excused that i figured they were held up. The movers arrived took my beds apart any furniture that needed taken apart that was part of the agreement to take apart and on delivery put furniture back together. Well on delivery a whole other truck arrived not the one that picked up my furniture new truck new crew all my furniture was destroyed and not one item was put back together my couch was light tan and was returned to me filthy my chase lounge legs broken my lamps destroyed all my glasses broken all vases broken dressers scratched with dents. It was awful the manager george from St Louis said F.U to my son after i was voicing my concern in a very angry way. Do not use this company its a nightmare.

      i hired Nationwide Moving of America to get my storage room from California to Illinois they were supposed to take a $ 738 deposit , another third when they got to California and the balance when my things arrived at my house. That was May 19 ,2021 . I called and e maile to cancel May 20 and again May 21 ( within my 48 hour window ) on the last call , they took the Whole amount of $ 2283.11 and Did Not get my stuff. They will not answer any calls or e mails and refuse to return my money.
