    Great service and amazing delivery speed. I ran out of propane and was tired of using Amrigas and Suburban so I decided to give them a try. They were apple to get my account setup that day and scheduled my delivery a couple of days out, but what was the shocker was that they came the very next day. Amazing because if I got anyone else I would wait at minimum a couple of days to a week.

    In 2011, I started buying gas from Northside Propane. I continued using their services until 2023. They refilled my tank every three months and would bill me for the amount of gas they put in the tank. On an average I paid $14:00 per month. Sometime in June (or July) of this year, I received a bill for $88:00. This represented a 100% increase in the cost. During this time, my family was undergoing a serious problem and I was unable to cook as much, so the gas consumption dropped. I called the company and asked them why the bill had increased to double. I was told that it was because I had not used the expected amount of gas. I asked if I was being punished for not using the usual amount. I was told that this was correct. I thought this unfair. The company had never sent me any communication to warn me about their punitive policy to increase the cost if I didnt increase my gas consumption. I have since stopped using Northside Propane because I think they acted in an unprofessional way.
