Ordered school uniforms for my son on 7/28/2021 ans company has failed to deliver the uniforms and we are now in February. Only received the hoodie that did not fit. I reached out and all my last emails have been left unanswered. I want my full refund immediately ans I want this company to refund all parents at Eisenhower Middle School riverview, fl who have not received their uniforms. This is fraud and any good viable business would have returned all monies.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/07) */ We have been in contact with the principle at this school whom is making these families aware of any inventory issues. We will refund the partial order for ***** ****** that we lack inventory for. As far as the size of the garment, the disclaimer on the order does indicate that these are customized goods and there will be no refunds or exchanges. The customer can contact the school in regards to a possible size exchange as they are the ones handling the size exchanges. We are only fulfilling the orders for the school. I contacted the school and they informed me to contact you directly because they were having the same issues. I have also spoken to several parents that were seeking a lawyer to sue your company but I chose to go this route first. I have multiple children in different schools and your business is the only one still having supply issues. My kids school just had tshirrs doen with a turnaround of a month so to hear that its still supply issues and a full refund is not being given is not valid. I am attaching email where you said you would swap the sweater but when I emailed back you never responded. I sent multiple emails and you chose to ignore me. Its Feb school ends in May. Stop making excuses and refund the order. You were given ample time and I personally spoke to you in regards to my son and his disability and tried to be reasonable but you failed to respond. Its not a size issue ..it was a quality issue. It is not true to size. Arms are short and hole for the head was too small.
