    I have been calling this person that was supposed to be calling me back and for about 7 months. Then she answers and says ...your warranty is out! I said oooono! This place is a mess! Cracked rub and all of the floors are so so bad! The floors are messed up and we can not get a year help! Waybe Frier sold us a **** *** Home which is a junk pile

    Date of Down Payment: August 3, 2024 Date of 1st mortgage: Dec 1, 2024 Date of 2nd mortgage: Jan 1, 2025 We are still not living in our home. We are being given the run around constantly. Lies and misinformation. Was told we were waiting in the **** in December but when I reached out to the **** to get answers they informed me the response was sent in October. We called them when the 2 parts of the house were brought in because they shifts and cracked all across the ceilings. We were told, without anyone coming to look that it could be fixed. Well one half of my house is lopsided enough that doors keep popping open on their own or not opening all the way. The siding is warped, but we were told it was all fine and it could be fixed. We aren’t getting calls back. The remaining work to be done that was contracted has not been completed. We still don’t have water hooked up or electric competed. Walk throughs haven’t been finished and we’re still waitingh on inspections. Here we are coming up on our 3rd mortgage payment that will be due. I want my house completed and I want it done correctly.

    My project manager said he spoke to your husband and was going to get a call back when he got freed up at work

    Since the electric has been hooked up we have a *** outlet that is clicking when breaker was switched on. We are running extension cord to use our refrigerator and can't use the dishwasher as it's connected to the *** breaker. The guest bathroom toilet is leaking water at the connection. Siding is hanging off part of outside of the house open to water damage. We had them put the house up against the deck that was on the property when we bought the land and after the house was settled we were told we needed to take the deck off because it wouldn't pass inspection. The guest bedroom still needs put together there's open gaps on the wall and ceiling where the home connects. We have a water leak under the guest bathroom that we haven't been using because of the water leak at the toilet. We moved in 11 days ago and still haven't heard when they plan on coming out to correct everything. Not to mention no one came out to help once we had water and electricity turned on to inspect the house for safety. We made a total of 3 payments before we could even move in. Would really like to have everything corrected so we can use everything.

    We closed on our home June of 2022 and i constantly has to stay on top of them to get things done. The mobile home sat for 2 weeks apart with no work being completed. I had to call every day in order to make something happen to get them moving on our home that we bought. Well, they finally started putting the house together and within the mth we were able to move in. Once we were in the home i noticed all the lack of work that was not completed and the work that was completed was just thrown together. There are gaps in the walls and the ceilings as well as wholes where they didn't take the time to put the home together correctly. July comes and i began to get sick and notice the MOLD that was growing an in my master bedroom as well as all the wood framing not nailed down and the toilets linking water. here is it dec and i still have issues in my home and have reported it over and over an no one will contact me. I get called at 8:30 at night from their drunk contractors wanting to set an appt to come out but why so late in the night and when your afterhours drinking. very uncall for. The manager of the place we bought the home from says this is common and they would fix it problem is it's been fixed already and now the mold is back and the wood framing is steady popping lose. I email them over and over and no one seems to care nor want to do anything. i have requested over and over for a manager or an actual contact for ***** frier to call and they continue to just send it to the contractors instead of facing the fact they sold me a home that has mold in it. It's not priority to them but this is our brand-new home that is ruined. The customer Service and respect is not there for this business, and something needs to be address. I will be seeking legal advice but do not recommend anyone buying a home from here. This was supposed to be a new on the lot but i believe it was sitting there for mths and mths and then got sold to us and now nothing but issues.

    I just got someone out to my house today to confirm this issue and my daughter was in a wreck. I do not want to close this case and for there is a lot still that needs to be done.

    *** something is not right here. The factory keeps trying to contact you with no response. No one can get in touch with you.

    ***** came by this week ready to fix all repairs and you turned him away and said you did not want anything fixed. You told ***** you would get with your lawyer and let us know if you wanted the items fixed.

    ***** the head of service called you twice this AM and did not get an answer. 

    **** *** ******* wants to immediately get this straightened out and also wants to talk to you. They were there this week to complete all repairs. Please Call:
