PAID $2880 TO HAVE $10,876.55 In Damages The Property Manager, Fatima ******** did not fulfill her fiduciary duties while my condo was in her care and custody. She was in breach of contract, acting consistently against my interests as a Landlord, and I found her to be passive-aggressive, and abusive with me. She repeatedly ignored numerous complaints that my property was in the process of actively being damaged, and that it would be damaged further in the future. Many times, she refused to answer my concerns and requests.. She pressured me with repeated lease termination attempts that would cause me to lose money (from $2000 to $4000) as well as my ability to seek redress for expensive damages. She engaged in bullying behavior on the phone in order to secure money for the Tenant. In acting in this manner, she engaged in biased and deceptive practices. Over the course of the year, I showed her, phoned her, texted and emailed her multiple times, that my property was being damaged. I followed up with a Certified Letter on August 2, 2021 in which I outlined damages and complained about her biased and deceptive behavior. Despite this, Fatima Rapuano stated the condo was returned in same condition. This was impossible, if only due to the fact that the Tenant refused to remove a fixture that she had installed without Landlord knowledge or approval, after the Landlord requested it be removed, and requested that repairs be made to the wall. As texts, emails, and dated photographic evidence prove, extensive costs and damages did occur. This company cannot simply absolve the Tenant and themselves and leave the Landlord with $10,876.55 in damages after Landlord paid them a fee of $2880 to protect the property. I will upload as many documents as possible showing damage that occurred to the chairs, artwork, and shades. I will also show the additional costs that Property Manager was obligated to hold Tenant responsible for.
