      I was told they could help settle some credit card debt when the interest rates spiked. I stated to them I wanted a lump sum payment vs monthly payments to settle debt. I learned I have overpaid them for the settlement and now they are telling me that I owe them 2500 in fees! I asked for a full break down of my account and settlement and they continue to tell me they are unable to do this! I have asked many times to cancel my account and they refuse.

      I have paid $45,632.54 to this company for debt relief and I just want to know an aprox. end date. I've asked this question for over 4 years. Now I want the following:1.Account Details: A full breakdown of which debts have been consolidated, the total amounts owed, and the current status of each ***************** Information: A detailed record of all payments made, showing how these payments have been allocated (fees, interest, principal, etc.).3.Fees and Charges: A complete explanation of all fees and charges associated with your services.4.Communication with Creditors: Documentation of any communications between your company and my creditors, including settlements, negotiations, and payment plans.5.Progress Reports: Regular updates on the progress of my debt consolidation, including what debts have been resolved and what remains.6.Future Payment Schedule and Contract End Date: I am requesting a detailed schedule of future payments, including amounts, dates, and an estimated end date for this consolidation process. Knowing when this process will be completed is critical for my financial planning.Additionally, Ive noticed that whenever I send an email, I can see it has been opened and read, yet I rarely receive a timely response, if at all. This lack of communication is frustrating, and I would appreciate prompt and consistent responses moving forward.Furthermore, if the response to this request is simply to direct me to my account on your website, I want to make it clear that this is not an acceptable solution.       I&#**;ve been making payments with them to make a settlement. I have an escrow with them to pay the settlement with the companies. They reached a settlement and they reached it for 380, but I have 324 in the escrow. They want me to pay monthly until August. I don&#**;t know why they aren&#**;t taking it from the escrow. I had a situation with an agent and I am of the opinion that it might be related to that but Im unsure. They take 200 out every month, 100 for the escrow, and 100 for services. I would have enough after the next month.

      I tried multiple times to get my money back from the Progressive Debt Relief, LLC *************************************** *************************** I spoke with them months ago about closing my account and getting my money in escrow back and they will not. I spoke with their representatives months ago and he said he would close it but it's still active and have been charging money from my escrow for fees since 5/1/24 . Escrow was at $441.14 now it is at $301.39. That is my money not being returned to me and not being used to pay any debt, please help

      When I called them a week or so, the person I spoke with told me that the payment on August 15, 2024, would be the last one, and that they would refund me any money that was left over because I had asked them to remove the two loans that I hadn't settled, and they had already paid off the last creditor on the 23rd. I wasn't sure why I was charged an additional $152 though. Then, today on the 29th, they withdrew another payment. When I contacted, they told me that I would be paying them for the service until October. They said it was a component of their settlement scheme! Not at all! I already received a large charge every time they settled a loan, so why am I still making payments to you? Furthermore, since today is not even the due date which would be 1st and 15th, why did you take the money out a few days early?So basically, I am continue paying them till October for $590 a month but for what, I paid off the last two loans by myself and your job is done and the person I talked to also said so! On June 3, 2024 you charged me $645 for settle the last loan already!

      They wont answering me as why I continue getting charge on 8/29/2024 and today 9/16/2024. They have charged me $645 as soon as settlement with White Pine Lending and $152 after paid off!

      They have not given me an explanation for their early withdrawal and their still deducting of my funds as of November 1, 2024.

      Since I paid myself for the last two loans, the first *** I spoke with in ****** said there would be no further payments deducted. They then used the money I had to pay off White Pine Lending, taking the $152 that was left in my account right away. And keep on withdrawing until now! They told me that they needed to take out further payments until October 15, 2024, even though I called them back after seeing payment on ****** 29, 2024. So why isn't it stopping on November 1, 2024? When it will stop since there was no work for them to do anyway? They took out $645 immediately already after settlement with the last creditor of white pine leading, what fees are they talking about?

      I withdrew from the program on 6/28/2024 and was told you could withdraw anytime. My escrow balance was *******. PDR took on 424 dollars for two accounts that they were working on. I was told by representative that for those two accounts, I was responsible for 40 percent of total balance of the two accounts. I didn't have that amount in my account, therefore, they took the fees out and I was told that I am will be responsible for ******* as a balance still owed to them. There is not an itemization of fees so you don't know where the money they take goes to. It just states fees without any breakdown of fees.

Despite our diligent attempts to engage ******************** in resolving these matters, we regret to inform you that our efforts to discuss the issue over the past two weeks via multiple phone calls have been met with no response. During his short time in the program Progressive Debt Relief was able to settle two of his accounts shortly upon his enrollment in the program. We have provided ******************** with a comprehensive breakdown of our program, including payments to his creditors and all applicable service fees, through email correspondence. Additionally, a refund check for his escrow balance with Progressive Debt Relief has been issued as per his request, and his account has been updated to reflect closure of our program.

      Transaction date 8/4/23 Amount: 142.50 Debt Settlement The Vendor has not attempted to resolve the dispute, a stop payment was placed on 8/4 by Progressive debt relief but the payment was not stopped. This caused a huge overdraft in my checking account. Account # Client ID: ******

At Progressive Debt Relief, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our clients, and we always strive to accommodate their needs to the best of our ability. PDR was incapable of stopping the payment and would have accommodated if possible. If inadequate notice isn’t provided to the escrow provider, you may be unable to stop a payment from processing. ******* ****** request was made the same day that the draft was scheduled. The standard practice by the escrow agent is to request a minimum of 3 business days' notice for any payment adjustments or cancellations. This time frame allows them to make the necessary arrangements to prevent payments from going through as planned by a client.
      We are sorry for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. Your refund was provided by your escrow agent as previously discussed, and your account is being closed with Progressive Debt Relief.

      This company promises to settle your debts quickly. The issue is the more they settle for the higher commission they receive. They take their commission out first based on your balances and just settle for the amount you owe. I canceled with them on Friday December 16th, no response Friday. I finally get a response late Monday basically saying are you sure? I responded back immediately yes please send the amount left in my escrow back to my account. Now it is crickets again, they are not responding and have cut off my access to my escrow account.

      Contacted Company in March, discussed Pay Day Loans with Tom who offered an appealing final solution to a never ending result! Well it's almost July and said payday loans are more than double equaling now $15,000. Originally was less than $7,000 between my husband and I together. And they are wanting to settle for $15,000? And take 40% of the 15,000 I would have been better off giving them the $1,300 a month and held back the interest. This feels like just as much of a trap as payday loans! The original agreement was them to settle at the $7,000 and us pay 40% of that! And here we are no closer to any help! We took out payday loans to make ends meet and here we are bubbling at the bottom of the ocean!
