    I believed I've been scammed by this business. I ordered this item (Order#****) last 02/26/25 online. I received a receipt, seems *********************** date was set for 03/4/25 but after a day I received an email from a shipping company called "SpeedyShipHub" that they are shipping the item. After a couple of days, I am being charged first an amount of $500 for various type of fees such as City Entrance Fee and some other fees which I've never heard of for shipping to the State of ******. I consulted with them and they vouched that these fees were legitimate so I paid them. I told this business that it was never indicated that the item was being shipped by this shipping company and I did not select this shipping company. Procedure they ask is to either pay by ****** through "friends and family" process which cannot be disputed at ****** and also through *****. Both ****** and ***** denied the transactions but this company even helped pass on the dubious fees via ***** Pay to this shipping company. After that I got another email from the shipping company about an additional another "Right to Ownership" fee of $700. This I consulted again with this business and they claimed it is legit and all these charges are refundable but I have not seen any official documents or so. I requested for documents but all I got was email assurance which is dubious. So, I did not pay the last fee they are asking for and told this business I want my money back and I did not receive the item I ordered. The person helping me from this business assured me of 100 percent satisfaction but I only dealt with him via their business chat. Up to today, I have not been refunded my refund request. I doubt if I will even get back the money I sent this dubious shipping company. I've never heard from them again after I told them to "return the item to sender and refund me all the money I sent them and report their bad business practice.

    On Feb. 17th 2024, I made a purchase at Pro-Tactical Gun Shops website. I ordered 1 - 1lb. can of reloading powder and 1 - box of Nosler Accubond bullets. The person I dealt with name is (if its true) is *************************. He had be go through Paypal friends and family to make payment of $127.72 which I did. He had me send the money to a email address of ******************** (should have been suspicious at that point) I got emails confirming the order, receipt of payment and would be provided a tracking number when the items ship. After inquiring a few days later about my order, I got excuses such as shipping has been delayed etc. I sent text messages as well as emails trying to find out what happened to my order. At this point, I got no replies back from the seller. I continued to attempt to make contact and never got a response back. I would like to get reimbursed my purchase price and have the "business" shutdown.

    I purchased the items from a website called Pro-Tactical Gun Shop on the internet. The order confirmation and processing emails were received under the name ******* firearms and archery. I'm not sure why they differ. Please continue investigating my complaint.

    I have tried to attach the receipt and it just won't take it. At this point I am entirely frustrated with your system in general. I provided what I could and if that's not enough I'm sorry

    The "company" is a scam. I told you that from the start of this. You don't seem to use the same internet tools I did to find out they are bogus. Paypal sent me an email stating that the email address ********************** is not available any longer, it was taken down probably by the ***** that took my money illegally. If you haven't gotten any further in resolving my claim at this point then we should call it a learning experience for me. I gave you all the info I had on the situation so thats that I guess.  Try shutting down these fraudulent websites that steal money from honest citizens.
