  We have NO SOLICITING, no ringing/knocking signage on the front door of our property. We had a representative come to the door ring AND KNOCK 2x and after answering their ring to remind them of the sign and to remove their door hanger, he did not acknowledge my request or remove what he placed. Please, if you are having reps knock, train them to respect the home owners who have signage to not disturb or solicit.

  ****** was a great guy. He looks out for his clients and does the right thing. He is honest and caring and has a heat of gold. The roof looks great and Im glad he got my insurance to agree to pay for the storm damages.

  I am completely dissatisfied with JRC's Home Services in their professionalism and lack of taken care of customers who have paid up front 100%. They are liars and not trustworthy at all. I'm a combat veteran of the Army and ************* They have $22,000 of my money and I can't even be given a date to get my roof installed. I have been calling everyday to speak with ********************* and both his secretaries say he's a busy many and can't speak to customers. I informed both of his secretaries that if he does not call me, I would put a complaint with the BBB and the ********** of ******** Affairs with their lack of taking care of their customers who have paid everything up front and how they treat ******** of the Armed Services. Their representatives hounded me for months on a weekly basis to gain their business. I had to wait for my insurance company to approve them as a roofing contractor. Once they were approved and my insurance company sent me the check with myself, my mortgage lender and JRC as signature authorities, JRC received full payment up front in early February and now I have to continuously call on a daily to be told they can't give me an actual date for the install. My home insurance company even tried to intervene to be given the same treatment I keep receiving. JRC is the only roofing company that can't give you a date and will tell you they have so much work to do with other customers who have in most cases only pay half up front and then the remainder after the completion of work. They won't take care of customers who pay everything up front. Buyer beware of their business practices in doing everything they can to gain your business. Once they have get your business, they can't even give you a date of when you will get services completed. They do not care about you as a customer once they have your money. I will reach out to my Congressman about all of this and how they treat combat veterans of the armed services..

  I want to thank JRC roofing company, they did an excelent job, very professional from my start contact with **************, to the roof installers, and **** all very nice and understanding to customers needs.

  Daniel was great in helping us get all our paperwork processed. There were many times in which we got confused but he helped to keep it all clear. The roof install was simple and clean.

  Daniel was referred to me by a friend who got their roof done by JRC Home Services. He came by to perform inspection and found storm damage. He assisted me with contacting insurance. Jrc was instrumental in getting the claim approved. Daniel stayed professional through the entire process and was accessible throughout the project. I highly recommend Daniel M. JRC is very lucky to have such a remarkable young man representing them. They should do all they can to keep him close. I'm a business man and am very cautious about who I choose to do business with. If it weren't for Daniel, I would not have had the work done. Warm regards- George ********

  I would highly recommend the services of JRC Services and their local rep in Orlando, Daniel ********* for your roofing needs. Daniel did a complete and thorough inspection of our roof, followed up by a detailed report which was submitted to our insurance company. Daniel kept us informed during the process, and upon approval, worked with us on the installation details. The install crew that came out did a great job and cleaned up. (Have not found a single nail in the yard). Would use them again, but hopefully I am good for another 20 years or so.

  JRC is the best hands down. I worked with Daniel who's customer service was absolutely outstanding. He came to the house and explained the process of their part of the roof replacement as well as how the insurance works with them from start to finish. JRC and everyone I dealt with including the installation crew were all fantastic in every aspect of the roof installation, so kudos to Daniel and JRC Services, from Trent.

  Daniel M was great from start to finish. He originally quoted the job, gave us an install date, and JRC was on it. Our roof was done on time and right at a very reasonable price. I sold that house, and actually just got a quote for our new home which will be needing a roof soon. This home will be our final destination. Thanks HRC.

  Daniel M. was wonderful in working with us after we had hurricane damage. He was always available and answered every question with knowledge and expertise. He helped us secure a great roofing team who completed the job promptly and successfully. We cannot say enough about Daniel M. and all he did for us.
