  Reached out to me about the ******************************************** We stated that we can stop by and an appointment was set for today. We drive all the way from ********* to ******** and as soon as we were sat with someone else not ***** or ****** we were told it was sold. Terrible experience, I would never do business with them!!

  Terrible Auto Dealer! Went to see a ******** that was told was on the lot and when I arrived after driving from ********, they told me the vehicle was sold last week. Looked at another vehicle and decided to purchase it. After getting the vehicle home, I tried to go to the airport and the vehicle went into limp mode and the temp gauge skyrocketed after 3 minutes on the road. There were red flags from the very beginning that were ignored like they do not return calls or leave you on hold for a long time. The best one is that "he is in a meeting at the moment" Anyways, car is broken down after 2 days of buying it and they do not care. After purchasing the extra warranty, let's see how that goes. But will recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle. Do not buy from these people.

  Not honest change my paper work missing product been trying to get a hold of them by calling, emailing and no respond. The extended warranty I purchase is still not active, call the warranty company and they have no contract from them my LoJack that I was supposedly get through my email I havent received. Now my truck is having problems I left them message because no one answers the phone and I get no response. I need my truck service which is part of my extended warranty and Im stuck.

  I went in looking for a car under $5k. They sold both cars I was going to look at before I even got there. One of which I had a literal test drive appointment for and told them I was running late due to the rain being so bad my partners car kept hydroplaning. I will not die to get to a test drive. Sorry. So we were late, they said no problem. Proceeded to sell the car. Then told me they had another car in the same price range. (It was over 10k) but when I looked at the window that said 20+k they told me that's not their price and ignore it. Funnily enough, after reading the contract in its entirety (which I didn't have time to do when I got the car and they never printed my papers or emailed them to me even when I asked several times) I owe them 21k when I'm done with a SIX YEAR PAYMENT PLAN. I'm livid. That was NEVER discussed. Actually I was told I'd pay 10k. Cool. Car still isn't worth but maybe 5-6k but I'm desperate so whatever. Never ever is a 2015 worth $21,000 from a used lot. On top of that, it's got several issues popping up and I'm awaiting a **** inspection. They told me I have no warranty with them yet they told me I did before I signed. Yet they're telling my mother I do? But they told my roommate only my engine and transmission are covered? What is it offlease? So prideful to say you're a transparent dealer. You aren't. You've lied and lied and lied. And when I asked for the contact information for the dealerships legal representative, you told me it's your personal business (mind you you hung up in my face 3 times by this point) and told me to never call back (hence my roommate and mother having to call to try and get ahold on my contract). I am looking for an attorney to sue. I'm young but that doesn't mean you get to abuse me. You lied and lied and coerced and tricked me into a lease I never agreed on. I'm disgusted.

  Terrible experience , They quoted me prices over the phone. After driving 2 hours they increased the price by almost $3,000 for after market accessories that were not disclosed and $3,000 in dealer fees. The staff I worked with were ******, ***** and a sales manager by name of ajay or ***. Refused to return phone calls. Very dishonest and misleading. They call themselves the transparent dealer but they are anything but that.

  The sales was great, but it all went downhill after that. If you are not a ******* resident, avoid this dealership!!! They charged me the Georgia rate, 8%, for taxes because I am a Georgia resident. When I called later and tried to find out when the paperwork and taxes would be sent to Georgia, their finance person, **, told me the car would be registered in *******. ******* tax rate is 6% which is lower than what I was charged. I tried to explain that the car needed to be registered in Georgia, since I am not a ******* resident. Over the course of several phone calls trying to get AJ to understand, ** told me they were going to mail me a ******* tag and registration and as far as he was concerned, they have fulfilled their part of the process. The tag gets here and I take the paperwork and registration to the tag office here in Georgia. They say that the dealer was wrong in the process. The paperwork and taxes should have been mailed to Georgia since I paid the Georgia tax. So, because of AJ, I had to also pay the Georgia tax to register the car where I lived. A simple change of address on sending the paperwork and taxes to Georgia would have cost the dealership nothing. RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE NOT A ******* RESIDENT!!!
