Notified business that grout was coming loose and tiles were moving and loose. They refused to rectify, citing warranty expiration. A year or so earlier, late 2021 or early 2022, they told me I could no longer enter their place of business. I entered the showroom in person and their personnel told me that the owner, Ed *********************** advised them I was not to be permitted to enter their place of business and was told I had to leave and could never come back. I have hollow and loose tiles in every room where they installed tile. The tile did not adhere to the thinset mortar they used. ******* did not transfer to the tile for adherence. There is no longer any original material available so all tile must be ripped out, demolition, re-installation, new shoe molding, etc. The floor cannot be repaired it must be replaced. My spouse and I tapped on every tile in the entire home and roughly 60% of the tiles are severely hollow, i.e., more than 50% hollow where the thinset did not adhere to the tile, this according to a certified tile expert we have engaged. There also are other installation issues as I have been advised by a certified tile expert who I have engaged to prepare a report on the faulty installation. It is unconscionable that a business would forbid their customer, who spent $85,865.00 from ever entering their place of business. Or standing behind their workmanship. When my husband approached them about the loose tiles and failing grout their worker ***** ****************************************************** sent an email telling us we should hire a handyman for what she termed "this is something a handyman can do."
