    We called the hotel regarding pending hurricane ******. Destiny told us she could cancel our reservation but NO refund would be submitted and she could help us with that. Im not sure how thats helping! Our flights were cancelled, our other hotels had no problem canceling and refunding us. We were lied to for two days saying that if they Evacuate then they could help us, we called once that happened and told not for the days we were booked. We were hung up on, spoken extremely rude to. Hung up on when we called back. Flights and roads are going to be blocked, where would be no way for us to even attempt nor choose to put our life in danger!! Marco beach ocean resorts should be reported for scamming their patrons and taking advantage and price gauging during a tragic and uncontrollable circumstance!

    Management responded to this guest through email and asked them for their reservation information and there was no response.  With out the correct information we can not help
