              My husband provided sperm for IVF that the center was not able to use. Instead of disposing of the sperm or telling us, the center began charging us for monthly storage after telling us the sample was unusable. I spent hours and days following up to get this resolved between January and March 2024. Eventually the billing department assured me (in March 2024) the charges were all waived and I had zero balance. Billing told me I could ignore the statements I received and it was just that the automatic bills had not caught up to reflect the zero balance. However, I continue receiving bills for the allegedly "waived" amounts and the business has now sent me a letter threatening to go to collection on such "waived" amounts (sent on 5/2/24 and received on 5/10/24, threatening to go to collections if the amount is not received by 5/12/24). This is NO way to treat patients and is completely inconsistent with the assurances I received from billing that my husband and I had NO balance on our account. I continue to be disappointed and frustrated with my experiences on billing matters with this practice. Given the lack of follow-up and organization, I am concerned about using this center for IVF. How can I possibly trust that they won't have issues with embryos if they can't even get their left hand to talk to their right hand on billing. Their last notice even said: "You have been given more than ample time to discuss the past due balance." I did discuss the past due balance 2 months ago and was assured it was waived and I could ignore a statement for that amount. The center and billing department have not been trustworthy given my experience.

              This place is such a scam!! They will find whatever they can to upcharge you and delay the procedures we as patients need to conceive a child. Weather its to prolong the process by making you take test that will delay for two more months. Excuses that it take 15 days to get pre-authorizations from your insurance company, to repeating tests after tests, blood test, ultrasounds, PCOS test. Even thou 3 months ago you did all these test, they force you to repeat them if you have a procedure and miscarry. This place stinks , stay away use the money to go to another states because IVF is nothing more then a scam for them to make as much money as possible. We live in a age that everything is electronic why does the Financial Counseling always need 15 days to get authorizations? That is a lie, insurance companies don't take that long to authorize so clearly IVF have found a way to delay you when your insurance company is willing to pay, they rather take in cash paying customers first before customer's who have insurance that will pay. How do I know this because when we were paying cash we never got this sort of excuse or delays for procedures, now that we have health insurance that is willing to pay now all of a sudden it is impossible to make a appointment or do anything till after 15days for them to get "authorization"
