My experience with 24 hr Emergency Towing was nothing short of a nightmare. This towing company has earned quite a reputation for their deplorable practice of targeting vehicles in communities, and my personal experience only served to reinforce that negative perception. It was a typical evening, and my car was parked in a community, in a perfectly legal spot. A coupe hours later, I find my vehicle had vanished. After some investigation, I discovered that 24 hr Emergency Towing was responsible for towing my car without any valid reason. It's clear that this company preys on unsuspecting residents in communities, taking advantage of their vehicles when they least expect it.But the problems don't stop there. When I called to inquire about the towing of my car, I was met with a complete lack of transparency regarding the charges. The initial quote they provided was shockingly high, and when I asked for an explanation, they simply couldn't provide one, nor gave me an itemized receipt. Their pricing is not only unreasonable but also entirely inaccurate, charging me for extra fees and not following the maximum non consent towing rates in Broward County. If you value your peace of mind and your hard-earned money, I strongly advise you to stay far away from 24 hr Emergency Towing. This company's practices are nothing short of a disgrace to the towing industry, and their dishonesty and blatant disregard for ethics. 24 hr Emergency Towing is a clear example of what not to do when it comes to towing cars in communities.

My van was towed from my property on 12/13/2022. After finding out where it was towed, I went to 24 Hour Emergency Towing **** in ******* to retrieve my van. Upon inspection, the car had two flat tired with large punctures in them, my hood was no longer operable, therefore I could not drive the van off the property. I took pictures and a video of the damage. My van was in working order, all four tires were in good condition and functional as well as my hood. Because I could not drive the van, I had to get it towed to Tires Plus in *************. The cost to tow my car was $123.05. I called and texted the owner to alert him to the damage he or his employee caused to my property and provided pictures of the damage to him. He then asked me the size of my tires. I was not going to get used tires and explained to him that my van was already at Tires Plus and the mechanic there told me that my car had been dragged from Tamarac to ******* and that caused the damage. He would have to do an inspection to make sure the steering and other possible issues were eliminated. On Sunday 12/18, my van was fixed. Luckily, all I needed were the two new front tires. I was presented with three options and I chose the least expensive. Because I had to get two new tires, I also had to get an alignment. The cost of the alignment was $99.99.The total cost to reimburse for my expenses due to his employee's negligence is $366.79. This includes the cost of the two tires, parts, labor, 50% of the alignment, taxes, and the cost of the tow. It does not include the cost to replace the hood latch, which was broken while in Emergency Towing. However, when I contacted the person who said that he could help me (his name comes up as ******** on my phone), I told him that he could pay me $294.77 and call it even. I did let him know that the number did not include taxes and other expenses. Instead of agreeing, he told me that he would get me one tire. This is unacceptable.

My car was towed from my own personal parking space on Sunday at 11pm due to expired tag. I realized it was towed the next day at 5pm. I had the day off and didnt leave the house until dinner time. When I realized it was towed, I called the place at 5:19 pm (attached pic). The worker said theyre closed and Ill be able to get my car the next day, he send me a written message (also attached) with a total and direction where to get the car. Perfect. I went to sleep fine. No worries. Next day, Tuesday, I hauled over there with the correct document to repossess my car around 12 pm. I got there they charged me over $549.84 instead of the 273 they were told me about via text just the previous day at closing time. They wanted cash or else. My complaint is, they gave me a verbal and written estimate on the phone the day before at closing time and the next day, they did not honor their fee. In order words, If my fees was 273 after closing on on the previous day as confirmed in the written text, how come they charge me more? When I tried to plea my case, they dismissed me rudely and with limited explanation as to why they overcharge me. I feel like Ive been scammed and no one will hear me. Please hear me, Thank you!
