If the owner, ******, assures you he has the team to do anything you need, do not do it! He doesnt have the workers to do it!We hired this company to do a mold treatment &restoration. They did a good job &his right hand man, ******, is great at what he does. At the end of the job, ****** overheard I was looking for someone to paint &remove popcorn. He asked me for the quotes I received for each and I told him if he could beat the price, the job was his. His price for each job was indeed lower for both. However, we decided to only go with him for the popcorn removal. Day 1 of the popcorn removal project, I received no communication of the plan, agenda, crew, time..NOTHING! On day 1 the crew that was sent were young, non-English speaking, inexperienced, unprofessional, and they DEMOLISHED my home. Furniture was left uncovered, they smashed a clock and never told me, left the outside of my home filled with garbage and a complete mess. They were originally supposed to do 5 rooms, they only started on 2, one being my bedroom and it took them all week to finish just those two. I was unable to sleep in my bedroom for the entire week, I was never told that was the plan. The work was messy, which I expected but the carelessness of his workers had me in tears every night. I felt violated and taken advantage of. And whenever I tried to call and discuss it with ******, I was told that it was just part of the job. At the end of the week I told ****** that we were just finishing the two rooms, ****** was upset that he didnt get the paint job AND the rest of the popcorn job and changed his price by almost $1000 extra for two of the five rooms even though he gave me separate quotes for each job!!!! Not to mention he has yet to replace my broken clock and one of his workers stole my DeWalt drill out of my garage!!!Dont hire this company!!! You will regret it!!Go with professional painters or popcorn removal people. He is NOT a one stop shop!!Take your money elsewhere.
