    I wanted to make sure Drum Assembly is compatible with my LG Dryer. It is 7 years old and the original Drum part number is not available anymore. A couple of emails later Ines made sure that the correct part number and helped me with my purchase. They also had the best price as well.

    I ordered a part for my GE stove on a Sunday. It was delivered on Thursday (Wednesday was a holiday). During the few days before delivery I discovered the problem was not with the part I ordered. I contacted GRP to explain my situation and arrange a return. After verifying the part was in the original, unopened, plastic envelope I was sent a prepaid return label. They refunded the full purchase price minus initial shipping. I couldn't ask for me. This was not the first time I've ordered parts from GRP. Delivery has always been timely and I've never had any issues. I will continue to order from them in the future.

    Order from anyone other than them. You are always in the wrong and shipping cost are ridiculous.

    I ordered a replacement bulb for my microwave. It was a special bulb with bracket attached - all in in one unit. I could not find it in my local hardware store. GRP had this part readily available. The part was delivered on time and it worked perfectly. I reached out to Customer support via email for some questions about the delivery time and they responded immediately with the information I was looking for.     We ordered a Kitchen Aid glasscook top stove and had no problems ordering it and it was delivered quickly. However, we had an issue with it while we were installing it. We contacted customer support and IRENE was so polite and kind. The customer service and support was definitely amazing and 10 out of 10. Outstanding. We will definitely be a returning customer with how well we were treated.

    Excellent customer service! I ordered a replacement handle for my stove. Several days after placing the order and after the charge for the replacement part was entered on my credit card account, I contacted Genuine Replacement Parts, via Chat, to cancel my order. Within a couple of hours I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled and the credit card charge refunded. Excellent customer service!

    Excellent customer service! I ordered a part from GRP and FedEx routed it around the country. I called GRP to ask them to contact FedEx and instead, they shipped a replacement part to me, asking that a I return the first part if/when it is delivered. They paid for the return shipment. I will do business with them again.
