I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. I could find nowhere on their site that says you cannot return anything under $30. My part was $27.89. Shipping was 8.99. When I asked to return it, I was told by email, under $30 I cannot return. When I called, I was told by there is a $5 restocking fee and I pay for returns. So, in summary, a $27.89 part was going to cost me 18 in shipping and 5 in restocking. Plus, I have to send the pictures of everything and make sure it has not been used (you can’t use a part that doesn’t fit). So, it’s not worth the 4.89 difference that I will receive. I ordered the wrong circuit board for a GE dishwasher by mistake. As soon as I received it, I notified the GRP representative. She took time to research the correct part and explained the return process. After I returned the parts, it only took a couple of days for the money to be put back on my account. Lesson learned - GRP's customers service will make sure you are ordering the correct replacement part if you contact them prior to ordering if you are unsure. I ordered an ice maker for an older Kenmore. I was informed that it shipped and FedEx confirmed that a ticket was created. I tracked it for two days and saw no movement. i contacted GPR and without hesitation they created a new order via UPS. It shipped and tracked within two hours with everything in order. I received it the following day. WOW! If the fridge hadn't eaten two screws the install would have been perfect, I'm having a drink WITH ice less than 36 hours from reporting a problem. The service team was outstanding. They took control as soon as I told them that I had a problem. My faith in the service department is off the charts. We order a part and when we checked status we were advised that the part was not in stock. We were asked if we wanted to reroute the order. We received an email from Ines who noticed the part was not compatible with the appliance and asked for more info on the unit. Johanthan responded advising that the part needed was discontinued and processed our refund. I responded to his email in error when I was only trying to copy his email for my notes. He responded that he responded that he received a blank email. I responded that it was sent in error. He responded please clarify. I responded with more details. The agent made sure that all our needs were met before closing our Incident #885757. The fact they they found the error with the part we order saved us on all the furture inconveniences and escalations this would have caused for or customer. I dropped the glass tray of my microwave, and of course it shattered. I looked online for a company which could replace it. I found this company and, boy, am I happy I did! I am very disappointed that I ordered a replacement part for my refrigerator and it was my fault that it was not the same as the original. Don't even think of trying to return an item. Ordered a dryer line filter. Their photos aren't very clear. I thought I had order a lint filter, but found that the lid and the screen are two different items. An email was sent for a return code. The directions for return are strange. Their shipment box must be returned as pristine, no tape, no marker, not marred. Well...my box was delivered with a gash in the top and packing tape that had been used on the box to ship to me. That's one problem. Now I must pay for return of a large box a small item was shipped in. The item is unopened in it's original plastic wrap. Oh...there is a restocking fee and, if they consider the box damaged, they can refuse the return after I have paid to ship it back. Well, that's $44.81 down the drain. Now I discover everyone is out of the screen, which is discontinued. Still looking for this item someone may have in stock. Anyone need a free lint filter cover? Will never use this company again. We do try to be transparent about our return policy, which requires parts to be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, and unfortunately that includes the outer shipping box as well. This policy is in place to ensure parts remain in resellable condition and protect against damage in transit. That said, we understand it can feel unfair when a box arrives already marred from shipping and still counts against a return. We also know the cost of return shipping and restocking fees can add up, especially on a part that didn’t meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve. I ordered parts for an older GE Microwave using the model number on the door. The parts were easily identified, ordered and delivered quickly. The parts fit perfectly and the service was great. GRP made an error on their shipping label and sent the part to the wrong address. It took them days to respond, then tried to collect payment from me for an address change due to an error on their behalf. Days later and after having to explain the situation, 3 times they made an address change correction. All the rep would say is that they don’t guarantee address changes. Fine, but they should guarantee delivery of a part that was paid for! Worst purchase experience of the decade…. They made no attempt to promptly fix their error had it not been for my consistent efforts to reach out and fix the problem.Genuine Replacement Parts
