We wanted to replace a one piece shower that had a metal frame glass door. 4 Walls Remodeling was recommended by our realtor. Brandon ***** Jr. came to give us an estimate, he showed us pictures on his phone of showers he had replaced, which I now believe he got off the internet. He said it would take 4 days to finish. We agreed to the price and a time. After a 2 week delay by Mr. ***** he came 6/9/23 and tore out the old shower. The next day he came and installed the new shower kit. Basically he slammed it out in 2 days (left a mess in bathroom & driveway). It looked terrible, the three panel walls were cut uneven and so was the trim. There were 1/4 inch gaps between the walls and the walls and shower pan which he filled with a lot of caulk, which turned out to be the wrong type of caulk ( I have photos). He did not finish the drain because he bought the wrong one. I pointed out the hole in the shower pan did not line up with the drain pipe and he said it was not a problem. He came back a few days later and installed a drain. He put a bucket full of water over the drain, he said the weight would set it and we could remove it after 24 hrs.. When we did, we could see the drain was up to high and the water was not going to drain out. We called a master plumber who removed the drain and said the pipe needed to be moved and he thought the whole shower should be redone. We told Brandon and that the caulking had dried up and there were holes in it. He sent a plumber friend of his that agreed it was a bad job but he could fix the drain and recaulk without replacing the whole thing. Never heard from him again. After much calling, Brandon came and installed another drain which was wrong. Finally we threatened to go to court and he sent a plumber who said the shower was not to code and would not pass inspection. He put in proper drain and recaulked. Shower is usable. 4 weeks later and Brandon still has not paid him, so we will. Beware, hire Mr. ***** at your own risk!

I hired this company to repair a floor and replace the rotted floor joist under my bathroom that partially rotted. They were to remove the rotted wood and replace the subfloor from underneath. The house is off grade. There are two owners of the company- both named Brandon. I spoke to the first one who went to the house met my realtor to look at what needed to be done and sent me a job order which I signed and sent back via email. I agreed to send 750.00 via venmo to the second Brandon after I spoke to him about the job. My realtor met with them more than once. We agreed they would do the the work send pictures an I would pay the rest of 1500. The following is the pictures. They covered up the rotted subfloor with OSB and nailed old 2x6’s to the rotted floor joist and did not replace it. All communication was met with denials from both the owners or arguing and when the owner Brandon Walls spoke to myself - my ex husband (a retired builder) - the realtor - He was very condescending and argumentative. The realtor finally had him talk to her builder who told them h same thing I said and my ex. He o began to call and text and email me and say we had not told him what needed t be done and I informed him he looked at h job first and then sent the job request. They went out and d removed the OSB and used 2x6’s and told me it would cost me more money to to do what they said they would. We told tm it would not meet code or pass a WDO inspection and the second Brandon told me inspectors could be paid to pass it. I believe his last name is Walls. I told them not to return to my property and paying for inspectors to pass is illegal and unethical and I am going to file a compliant against their company.
