I love how this is 1 sided how you were treated. Let's talk about how we got treated by you and your bank. You wanted to finance with us at first and a week after you took the car with no payment you asked if we could allow you to finance with navy federal. We agreed and even waived a ton of fees for you in doing so. We accepted your bank check from Navy Federal in an amount of $4000 more than what we were owed to allow you to get your deposit back. We even went a step further and gave you $4000 check from my bank when after your bank check bounced. So not only was I out a vehicle with no money I gave you $4000 cash of my own. Do the math I gave you $4000 and a car with a bad check. So of course, I wasn't going to release your title until I was paid. I asked politely to return my $4000 until we figured it out and you said no way. So basically, be happy we didn't take you to court or repo your car. Your title is with your bank so call them and we registered your car. Do me a favor and lose my number and never send anyone here to buy a car from us. You're a scammer and we don't want to do business with your kind any longer.

    Thanks, Have a good life.

I purchased a 2014 ****** Pathfinder from galaxy motors . On my better judgement I went ahead and got one from them. Not a good experience since the beginning. The car was falling apart and I took it to the repair shop and had the air conditioner and a leak in the radiator fixed . Then 2 new tires , 6 spark plugs , 3 coils .the car was ******. I put $3000down. Every time I turned around there was a hiccup . My father passed away in March 2023. Sold my parents house. Traveling back and fourth to care for my mom in ************. Finally left my job moved near my mom ,forgot to notify the dealer that I moved . My bank account got compromised and I had to get a new card . My car insurance lapsed and galaxy came and repo my vehicle , left me stranded me unaware of the situation .i have now contacted an attorney to protect my rights . The owners son is an immature cocky punk .i will make sure everyone knows who they are and what kind of people they are they are refusing to give my vehicle back . I have no payments due at all ! My daughters Christmas gifts are in the car - I have jewelry and my fathers ashes along with my plate to my vehicle as well as my mothers handicapped plaque . This is wrong . These people are crooks

I'm sorry you feel the way you do and unfortunately all vehicles are sold as is and it was inspected by your mechanic before purchase which you signed a form stating as such. As for tires, coils, plugs, seems like a maintenance issue like all cars need regardless of year and miles. ** get down to the fact why vehicle was picked up you were behind 2 payments and no insurance over 30 days. We left several messages via phone and text with no response for 3 days. A simple call back to our office would have cleared that up if you would have not been hiding behind your phone. We do not just pick up vehicles for no reason. We called your last place of business which stated you left over 30 days ago. We went by your residence which was vacant again a simple call to notify us you changed your job and residence would have cleared all this up. We value our customers but without communication we made the decision to repo it. This is not your first repo with our company and if you would like the car, we will require you pay in full or seek other financing as you say we are crooks so why finance with us. As to your personal property we will store here for 30 days with a cost of $100 to retrieve these items. If after 30 days, it is not picked up we will dispose of it.

    Thank you

We purchased the car from them on September 22nd, 2022. The dealership has turned the Check engine lamp off when selling the car. Immediately after arriving home the check engine lamp was ON. We tried to ask the owner to repair the vehicle and he told us that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. After going to the ******* dealership to inspect my car the car had they told me officially that the car injectors are bad and that the vehicle is in bad shape that we will need to pay around ***** USD. We told Galaxy Motors about that and they refused any of our proposals the split the bill for repair. The Car that they sold to me was broken from the beginning and full of errors which they hide in the beginning by resetting the vehicle's computer. My total expense for fixing the car in the end was **** USD and my proposal is to pay it 50% each side.

************* Im sorry that you feel the way you do in regards to this car that was purchased through our dealership but what you are saying is not true and false. We did in fact sell you a vehicle and it was sold to you as is with no warranty which you understood and signed a form stating such. 2nd you had the vehicle inspected prior to purchase by a mechanic and you sign yet another form stating such. 3rd after you stated the vehicle was giving you issues, we sent you to a reputable mechanic at our cost to have inspected and they found no issues. They could not duplicate the problem you say it was having. Lastly the paperwork you brought from the ******* dealer stated the customer requested work to be done and it was never stated the vehicle needed work to be performed. I don't know how else to help you other then maybe contact the mechanic that inspected the vehicle prior to purchase. I am offended that you would insinuate that we turn off lights in vehicles to sell them. That is illegal and unmoral. Its people like you that spread false news around that make owning a business horrible.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The things you are saying are false. By onw I have realized what type of person you are so I will debate any more about the problems that we had with our car after purchase. I take full responsibility for the damage that happened to me because I was not careful when doing business with you.

Your way of doing business is not correct and is unethical, as confirmed by numerous dissatisfied customers who complained about you on ****** reviews.

This all together tells what kind of person you are and what kind of business you run.

We bought a Chrysler Town & Country & it seemed great. Of course being a 2009 we expected normal wear & tear. We test drove it down the street & the girl had me turn around two minutes down the road. We asked Chelsea, office girl/ salesperson, some questions about it being checked out after being purchased from the auction & was told everything worked great & was cleared to sell. We signed the paperwork, gave them $5,000 in cash, still owed $4,000, & then left. Six hours later, Two hours away from home, we went to visit family. As we were leaving I went to open the back lift gate & the right hinge broke, the door basically fell off hitting me in the head, luckily my head & not one of my kids! I called the office & Chelsea picked up. I explained to her that I just left the lot 6 hours ago & my door fell off. She didn't really know what to say just kinda stumbled her words & then said Joe was going to call me. We didn't hear from anyone that day or next. My husband called the third day & joe finally called back. My husband told him what happened & he came by our house to check it out, he saw the rust & how the hinge broke. He said to bring it to his mechanic/ bodywork guy. When we got there, a warehouse type building in a sketchy area, he walked up to the door to the office & the room was filled with boxes & junk. He walked around to the side & back of the building & finally saw someone. As he was walking up the guys were just staring at him instead of asking if they could help him. My husband let him know joe sent us to him & explained what the issue was. The guy told my husband that he needed to call him after he figured out HOW he was going to fix it. The guy never even looked at the van! That was the first visit. The second visit he said he needed to order a hinge, again w/o looking at it. We asked about the rust and no answer. My husband took the door off to see how far the rust went back and it covers 1/2 of the roof. He knows what he bought and sold to us.

    Business Response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/24) */ Sorry that you feel we sold you a lemon but you did purchase the vehicle as is without a warranty. You had it inspected by a mechanic before purchase as well. I took the time out of my day to come to your house to look at the issues after the purchase and after the inspection done by your mechanic which he missed as well, because I was concerned about your issue. I offered to have it repaired at no cost to you by a body shop of my chosen. This was of course not good enough for you and picked the guys body shop apart and even said some nasty racial slurs pertaining to the gentleman we use. Other then going out of my way over 30 miles to look at problem and paying to fix There is not much more I can do. I only assume that you wanted to pocket the cash for repair and not fix the problem. Maybe someone else will fall for that but not me sorry.
