It is very concerning this office is not run by a Doctor. This office has the usual staffing of a dental practice however the staffing are making the diagnosis and the Doctor is not even double checking just agreeing and signing off. The problem being is misdiagnosed and then under diagnosis in other areas. Even with insurance they are charging above and beyond for X-rays. Giving you falsified and misleading information to charge more for deep cleanings that are unnecessary. Save your time save your money it is not worth your time at this dental office.

terrible !!! its been over a year and half and im still in pain and my implants have failed. i have been back several time times with complaints. when i told them i was going to take legal action against them i was asked if i would settle out of court and i said yes if it was reasonable. i was told that i would be contacted in a couple of days by Matt Stewart and never was, when i called back i was told i would have to sue the Dr himself since he is no longer employed with Dental partners ( which is not true ) i have been seeing a Dr in Florida to fix what was done. i should have never had implants done cause there wasn't enough bone to begin with and to try and catch more bone the Dr went in on a 20 degree angle and should have been no more than 15 degrees (plus he drilled into my nasal cavity). i spent 5 1/2 hours in the chair with 15 local needles for pain and the Dr worked out of a wheelchair. he lied to me about everything and as soon a he pulled my top teeth the story started changing. he did not install the implant that we talked about and pressured me into accepting what i have. i have to have everything redone. plus more because of him messing it of as bad as he did. i came in missing 1 front tooth and the Dr told me they all had to come out because of gum disease. i had to get i tool from ***** just to remove my teeth. i was lied to from the beginning... and sill being lied too. there is much more and videos i have. i hope the right thing will be done and i can move forward with my life. i travel 8 1/2 each way every few weeks to Florida to get my teeth repaired. hotel and GAS prices are killing me besides the cost of having this all redone. paying for this twice is not right. im disabled a live on a fixed income i can barely afford to live as it is.. i truly hope you will make this right. thank you for you time.
