    On August 31, 2023 I purchased 12 units from the company. In my conversations with ****** (who is no longer there according to ****** when I talked to her in January), I was to receive 2 units every two months until all 12 were provided. I only received a total of 4. I paid $2372.74 in advance, and am now due 8 units of ~$1,500. I've sent at least 7 emails over the past two months, have left messages on their phone, have sent text messages, have filed a complaint with shop.app. I was told by shop.app that since it was more than 60 days since initial purchase, I am past disputer period. I want a refund as I've had to go to a new vendor to obtain the product I expected from this vendor.

    Ordered two hairpieces from this company. Got one. Paid for both. Have emailed them twice already asking for the status of the order and not getting any response.

    Order #**** I have placed an order for a new first-time customer and received it on December 26th, 2023. This is a wig for Men. It came to me uncut and un-styled for some reason. I contacted the owner **************** and he told me to send it back to be cut. I received an email saying **************** has quite the company and they have to retool the business. That was on Jan 12th of 2024. I have been calling, Texting and emailing with no answers or feedback on what is taking so long. All they had to do was cut it per the sample I provided and send it back.
