    My sales representative *********************** was very helpful and knowledgeable in the areas of what I was looking for. A Matag washing machine is what I was looking for and ***** helped with the dos and dont of what to look for when purchasing appliances.. he also assisted in load the machine into my vehicle.

    I wouldn't even give you a one star the refrigerator is all dent beat up scratched the hose reel was torn off the side of the house paint was taken off the side of the house with a new refrigerator was pushed against it an appliance direct won't take any responsibility they blame it all on the delivery guy which I figured it was one of their people but turns out it's a third party

    Be careful to inspect the product because they may be damaged and repaired and then sold as new. The refrigerator I purchased from Appliance Direct had multiple repairs done to the automatic ice maker started leaking after a few months.

    Purchased Maytag washer/dryer from Appliance Direct in ***************** with extended warranty for repairs if needed. Maytag washer broke contacted them and they referred me to R R Appliance repair. It took the company over 2 months to repair washer although they did not repair the washer themselves. Thats who they recommended and chose for the repairs on the washer that I purchased I did place calls to appliance in where they referred me to New leaf service contacts and washed their hands if it si between Appliance Direct , New Leaf Service Contracts and R and R Appliance Services I will not be doing any business with any of them. I can not recommend them for any future service or anyone do do service with them as it should have not taken over 2 months to repair my washer and none of them seemed to care when or if it got repaired ??

    I purchased a washer and a 4 year warranty...of course warranty is almost up and my washer stopped working! Purchased in ***********,**...they closed now I cannot get any type of response from their corporate whatsoever...I will never shop with them again @

    On 2/7/2021 I bought Maytag appliances from the ****************************************. Maytag MVW7232HC Smart Capable Top Load Washer $747.77 Maytag MED7230HC Smart Capable Top Load Washer $747.77 With installation extras and tax, the bill was $1691.65, easily making these the most expensive Washer and Dryer I have purchased in almost 50 years. Less than 6 months after purchase, the Dryer started smelling very badly. I called a repairman and it was diagnosed with a bad bearing in the drum. The bearing had to be drilled out and replaced. Since the unit was bad in less than a year, the repair was covered under warranty. Last week, just over 3 years after purchase, the washer started grinding during the wash cycle. This week I had several repairmen come to look at it. The first knew nothing and recommended the motor be replaced at my cost. I was suspect of this. I investigated and determined that he was not qualified to work on Maytag appliances and had no relationship with ******. Today I had a second repairman, recommended by your location on ******* 50, look at the washer. This tech knew the equipment and how to use the onboard tools to diagnose the problem. The problem is the wash tub is slipping on the clutch that engages the motor. He tried replacing the clutch, but it didnt help. After diagnosis he determined that the gear housing was stripped on the inside and thus the clutch was slipping on it. The gear housing is a $400.00 part and labor to install is at least $200.00 with the possibility of much more depending on actual time spent. Of course, the part is not covered by the advertised 10-year warranty. The labor costs are also inflated to try and recoup the materials charges that the warranty would have covered on the motor. I am already into repairman to the tune of $200.00 with nothing to show for it.

    Purchased a new Whirlpool top freezer from store on ********************* 04/21/2024 appliance delivered on Monday 04/22/2024 after 4 days and many calls refrigerator still will not cool. Store manager ***** told me on Tuesday 04/23/2024 that Whirlpool had approved a replacement only to call me on Wednesday to report that they had changed that decision and would send out a repair tech. The tech came and decided that a different tech would need to come to recharge the system hopefully this will fix the problem. This should not happen I will never purchase another Whirlpool appliance. After reading other reviews on this site do not understand how business is rated a+

    Buyer beware!! Worst experience ever!! We went in the store to buy all or appliances for our new home that was being built. This was when all the shortages were going on. We went in 4 months before we were to move in because we were being told by a lot of stores that they couldn't guarantee when we would even get it. So Appliance Direct said that if we purchased the appliances they would hold them all for us. We purchased warranties on all 5 appliances. A couple of weeks before we were to move in our new house we went back to Appliance Direct to tell them we needed them to deliver the appliances in 2 weeks. We come to find out that they had sold all our 5 appliances to someone else! And we had already paid over $5,000 for them! We can't even move into our new home until the appliances are installed! We had to pick out all different appliances that was in the store. The refrigerator that we had picked out they didn't have anymore. So we had to get a lesser model for more money. Then after we moved in a few weeks later the refrigerator started leaking water on the floor. We called them up and they told us that we had to call the manufacturer for the warranty to get fixed. We called and they told us that the refrigerator was not covered under the warranty because it was refurbished!! They never said anything about it being refurbished! We paid for the warranty and it wasn't any good! They wouldn't give us any money back. We ended up throwing that refrigerator out and having to buy a new refrigerator somewhere else. Worst experience I've ever had ever!!! Don't buy from them, they lie lie lie!!

    We bought a dishwasher from the ******* store not quite 3 weeks ago. Our salesman, ****, was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed us several models, comparing and explaining the upsides of each. We chose a brand-new, unopened box, higher-end model. This was a Friday.Our dishwasher was delivered three days later on Monday. Hooked up and "ready to go" the first time to test, we heard a terrible squeaking sound and read an error code. And the unanswered phone calls began.First call on Monday to the store (the only number we have), we were told we would be contacted by a serviceman to come and look at the machine. On Wednesday morning, having heard nothing, we called again. The salesman, Jace, was polite and told us he would contact the necessary people and someone will call us back. Wednesday afternoon, we called again. We were told an email chain stated that a worker had been to our home, and a part had been ordered. We informed no one had come. No one had called.This same pattern has continued every single day for 10 days since. Salesman: "I can't believe no one has called you yet!" Us: "Not one single call. We want a new machine." Salesman: "I'll call again and get back to you."I swear we are this close to putting the thing in the car, dropping it off at the store, and demanding a refund.I will update when/if this gets resolved.

    Dont buy nothing from appliance direct they do not have any communication with their delivery people they tell you what you want to hear and thats it and when you ask questions they get mad and tell you how stupid you are. These are the worst people to deal with trying to get your money back you got a better chance I win the lotto.
