              I had surgery and needed a abdominal binder,when I went in I was helped by a man who even went as far as to open the package and show me a medium would fit. Never once was I told they weren't accepting any returns due to covid, so I purchased 2 of them. I wore the one the employee opened and got no relief so I tried to return the second one I purchased and was rudely told no refunds due to covid. I spent over 100.00 and because I wore one I knew I had to take a 50.00 loss but still don't understand why the product that's still in the box and plastic is not being taken back. I work for a large retailer and yes when covid started of course no one was talking returns but now even working in the medical field this makes no sense nor does the lack of respect for your customers by management.

              I order a part for my disabled son ***** lift. The item do not work, they over charged for this item and when I called the same day to return it, they said I cant return it. I paid $271.52 regular cost its $59.00. They charge me $31.15 for delivery. My son is 46 years old, ** 74 I need this control to get him out of bed. This is a necessity for a disabled person. I called and no answer now. I will appreciate if you can help me with this matter. Thank you!

              The customer called us and wanted us to order a hand control. The customer said hers does not work anymore. Our repair tech asked the customer if they wanted us to come out and diagnose the patient lift before ordering the hand control, The customer said no they did not want us to come out to their home. The customer gave us the serial number to order. Our repair department told the customer this was a special order item and we could not take it back once ordered. Once the hand control came in one of delivery drivers dropped it off to the customers home, the customer called us later and said it did not fix the problem and wanted her money back. We told the customer we only ordered what you wanted us to order even though we did not think that was a good idea since the problem with the patient lift was not diagnosed by us.
