      They were hired to fix soft spots on the floor of my mobile home and therefore having to replace my flooring (my original flooring had no damage) she gave me 2 choices of flooring and the options on which way to lay it. This was February 14 2022 I was asked to leave for 3 days so they could work...which I did as I am disabled and couldn't be around all the dust and noise.When I got back floor looked beautiful however I soon discovered the soft spots were not repaired at all! We called her on it...she blamed it on my mobile, the way I chose to lay my floor She came out 1 time and she told me I need to call an engineer to look at my place I did...my mobile is fine Then in April my flooring started peeling then cracking to the point I was tripping on it so took up 3 panels. I have a lot of text messages back and forth She finally promised to come out October 13th to fix it When I text her asking what time I should expect them she told me she wasn't coming and wasn't even doing that business anymore to which I said you are still responsible!She told me to take her to smalls claims courtI don't have any money to take her to court...she knew that Even if I did she ended up in jail for 30 days for driving a boat drunk... I really am at a loss I have tons more of texts if you need them thank you
