On 11/15/2022, I purchased a Dropshipping Course from Ecommerce Scaling Secrets. The purchase was for $241.00. I received a confirmation email for the purchase that included instructions on signing in to my new account and accessing the course. Also included in the confirmation email was a statement that said, "If youre not happy for any reason - just let me know, and well fully refund you right away. If you need any support help, feel free to reach us at: ******************************************"After logging in, I was immediately dissatisfied with what was offered in the course. I emailed the address provided in the confirmation email to ask for a refund, per their company policy. I did not receive a response, so I emailed again on 11/21/2022 and again on 12/5/2022.I finally received a response from an individual named ****** on 12/7/2022. He stated," Hey *******! Can you provide us the email where you've done the payment for ESS?" I responded to ****** with the email address utilized to purchase the course. I did not receive a response to that email until 12/13/2022, in which I was told they could not "find" my purchase or account, and asked for me. to provide a receipt.I then responded with the following on 12/13/2022: "This is the only email I received when the purchase was made. There was no receipt attached. This is the email address ********************************** I utilized to sign-up for an account. The purchase was made on November 15." Attached to that response email was the confirmation email I received on November 15.I again did not receive a response from that email, so I reached out again, and an individual named **** claimed that I never responded to their inquiries or provided them with the information they needed. In response, I attached all of my previous correspondence in order to show that I had been trying to resolve this issue for the past month with no solution. All emails mentioned in this statement are attached to this complaint.

      Business Response

      Date: 01/31/2023

      Hello and good day BBB.

Reaching out today to speak about this complaint the client ******* has opened. ******* has emailed us countless times stating she has made a purchase with us, we have gone to many extents and provided her with assurance that there is purchase or even history of her making purchases on our platform. We have checked both the emails she has shared and we have let her know about this in multiple emails and emails response to her. We have also responded to every request she has made multiple times but will not accept this was not done by us.

******* has shared with us the screenshot of what she claims to be our dashboard, the website she shared is ecomscalingsecrets.com , this is not our website. I have made multiple attempts and explained to ******* that this is not the website we own or operate. Our website is course.ecommercescalingsecrets.com Complete different domain and color scheme as we have a red color scheme which I have shared in the images above for you to see.

******* has also shared the images of the charges transaction name on her card and it is seen as ************* This is not our company name our business name is AF media LLC. This again is another thing I have explained to ******* but she has chosen not to agree on this.

******* has also stated in one of her emails she is able to still log in and see her course programs, we have tried to search the website she provided us but the website does not even exist from the search I have done so this seems to not be true on her end.

As you can see in the findings above, we have checked both emails shared by ******* to us and we found no history of purchase with us.
We Explained to her that the website she has shared is not our website it is the wrong domain and she is making a mistake but she has not listened.
The statement description shared has the name ************ and this is not our info and I have made it clear.

File name ESS-Wrong Domain will show in the first image how our website looks and then it shares the one they shared and the payment charge which has nothing to do with us.
The fille after this will show the various responses we made to ******* including the final response explaining to her we are not ************ and that the website she has shared is not us it is another company.
File names ******* email responses will show you us responding to the client multiple times letting her know we dont have anything on her file or with her multiple emails she has shared. Also the final email explaining to her that she is contacting the wrong company based on the info she gave us.

Hopefully when you are making your decision you will take these findings into your considerations. Thank you.
