    I bought in 2021 software from the producer ( ***** ******) he told me there is one time charge 1500$ for that software, i had one year free support from this company and than i will have to pay every year 400$ for their help support. Nothing was really happening I did not need to call them and ask for help. I found out few months ago that they are selling their company in end of this year 2024. I started receiving almost every other day emails from the owner that I need to pay 400$ in case something happened to my system, they wanted me to switch to the new company which they sold their business. The new company called simply consign and they are going to charge people 159$ every month. My business is too small to handle this expensive, I cant do it , i told him I am not going to do it and then started the problem. On Saturday October 19 th my software got hacked by the owner, when i contacted him he keeps saying he can restore but i need to pay 400$, I dont want to pay for something that I didnt do . He intentionally broke into my software and now i have empty screen at my store. I cant be working at all without this system. The same problem happened to my friend store day before ( mkm designer luxury in ********) she didnt want to pay 400$ , they were sending her the same emails about money. I think they sold their product and still trying to get some extra money from costumers. I believe they hacked more stores like mine who didnt want to proceed to the new company. In my opinion its a scam and he should be taking some responsibility and punish for this action. We did not sign anything to be paying extra money for support , it was optional that is why he intentionally put us in situations that we cant work anymore with the system. I am feeling very hopeless because we still need to pay rent and costumers want their receipts we are not able to print out and not able to manage the store ( daily sales, taxes and other things) please help.

    All purchases of our software come with one year, unlimited technical support. The free support for this customer expired in 2022.  After the first year, support is $400/year.  This customer has the option of renewing her plan, and solving her problem, and any future problems for the next year.  We do not have access to her system, nor would we ever do anything to intentionally harm customer.

    The owner hacked intentionally my account and now wants to pay me 400$ , thats not what i signed for. It is a scam

    Good morning! I have only emails from the software owner, not sure how to forward them to you, I will be sending you what is showing on my screen. I am not able to do any work because its only error on my computer screen, internet is working, credit card machine is working, printers are working as well, only store software ConsignPro is not. He did the same error to other store , she did not want to pay him and switch to another company

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I truly believe the owner of this software intentionally broke into my account program ( store software) he hacked me in other words. He did the same thing to another store 20 miles away from me. She was able to get her product back because her son is technical support for companies, I tried to do that with Best Buy technicians but they told me they cant help me because someone hacked me. The owner is very rude and dishonest person. Before he hacked me he was sending me emails about paying him 400$ for his help just in case something happened. I have all the emails and please let me forward them to you. When I was buying the software from them they said will be only one time payment which I paid for it and for 3 years didnt have any issues with that, now he sold his business and is looking for more money anywhere he can, this is not proper. I believed he hacked other stores as well. I feel like I really need to report him as a owner of big company.
