  Nutriessential.com, *** provides a large selection of quality health products at a reasonable price. Their delivery times have been very good, within 3 to 4 days most of the time. Voice messages are answered within 1 business day. I recommend Nutriessential for quality health products.

  I needed my product by a certain date, which was very close to when I ordered it. They went above and beyond to make sure it arrived on time. They were very helpful and responsive.

  I am a first time customer. Ordering was easy. My product came quick and efficiently they even rang my apartment bell so I know my delivery was here. They also even checked with me that I received my package. Definitely will use this site again. Oh yes the price was great for supplemental food I am on. Thank you

  Exceptionally bad business model. After researching reviews, I now realize Im not alone in my experience. I ordered five bottles of a supplement. They responded stating that they were on back order. I requested a refund. They somehow found three of the five bottles ordered and shipped them instead of providing the requested refund.They said they'd send the other two once in stock. Fast forward several months and I contact them again requesting a refund for the other two bottles. They responded saying it's been too long to refund and that they will send me the remaining two bottles instead. They clearly were neither going to send me the other two bottles that I paid for nor provide a refund without me getting in contact with them again (and our email chain was already extensive). The bottom line is that this company shouldn't take orders for inventory they don't have and then give the customer a challenging time about refunds and offering broken promises of future shipment of out of stock items.

  Nutriessential has conducted themselves with a total lack of integrity. I was amazed when reading through the Better Business Bureau complaints that Nutriessential has done the exact same thing to other customers. They have never refunded my credit card for a product they charged me for 7 months ago but never delivered. It is unacceptable to charge a customer for a product that the company knows is backordered with an indefinite delivery date, but Nutriessential charged my credit card. After many weeks when the product was not delivered, I called to complain and asked for a refund. The so-called "customer service" at Nutriessential attempted to bully me via numerous email exchanges into accepting a different product. I did not want another product! After an exhausting back-and-forth of emails, customer service finally agreed to initiate my credit card refund on August 24, 2022. It is now March, 2023, SEVEN months later and Nutriessential has never honored their commitment to refund my money. The product was never shipped. I confronted this last month and Nutriessential admitted they had never refunded my money from last year. Now they claim that my credit card company isn’t able to process the Nutriessential credit, even though on that same day I received credits from other vendors on that same card. When I informed Nutriessentials that my credit card company was having no issues initiating credits, they disappeared on me! My credit card company recommended I dispute the charges which I did. Thankfully my credit card company refunded me the money and have told me they are pursuing Nutriessential. Companies with integrity do not not operate this way. I sent a formal Letter of Complaint to ***** ****** who allegedly is the Vice President of Nutriessential to the address in Florida that is posted on the internet. My letter was returned to me UNDELIVERABLE! Nutriessential is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

  Oh, my goodness. I have to say that I have been waiting to write a review for weeks now; my shipment which was promised to be with me within the week, arrived several weeks late. "Your shipment is lost," after asking for a review and requesting what I thought of the product. After providing me with tracking information that led to nowhere. For never really apologizing and simply suggesting a discount on a future purchase to make up for their bumble. The product, I know, but this is a company I will never use again. I highly recommend everyone else to steer clear.

  I've ordered from this company for a few years now and I've NEVER had a problem. They are timely and packaged well. These guys had the products I needed when NO ONE else had them in stock. They have great customer service too. I will continue to keep ordering from them.
