The business failed greatly to provide hands-on mentorship, coaching, strategy and planning, as well as accountable live trainings as advertised to me by the Manager of the company, ********** and as stated in their program details. To begin with, we were highly pressured under duress by ********** to join and sign up that same day. He aggressively promoted that if we don't decide now we will lose our spot to be considered for the program. I had my husband jump on the call and despite that we both felt unsure, ********** kept stating that if we're not happy we can always request for a refund. Immediately after the 3-day recission to get a refund, my husband and I logged in once into the platform and received two binders of paper. We looked at each other in disappointment as we did not anticipate to sign-up for a program that is self-taught with no structure or expectations, we expected a live course. I contacted Commercial property advisors within 5 days after the contract was signed and called their customer service to ask for a refund, as the program was nothing as stated in the agreement. We are so unhappy with how our request for a refund was handled. I've since then contacted customer service support and requested for a refund 2x's via email throughout the last 1 1/2 years to no avail. We have gained zero training and clearly, Commercial Property Advisors kept $25,000 of my money for not having to do a single thing. The company false advertised their program and trainings. Despite my disputes and request for a refund, no one from the company has reached back out to reconcile, there was just no reasonable grounds to be heard. Being vulnerable at the time after just losing my mother, dealing with PPD and picking back up on my real estate business, I felt under great duress to onboard the same day and pay $25,000 upfront and be taken advantage of. I am just asking for a full refund as I received zero training from the company.Business Response

Our system shows a very different story than what has been purported here and those records have been attached, showing their consistent participation in the program.
We are incredibly accessible and provide day-in day-out mentoring to our clients. Our program is second to none and you can see the evidence of that on the Real Deals tab of our website.
But having that level of access to the sharpest commercial real estate minds, on a daily basis, is not free. We make it extremely clear when someone joins our program that their investment is non-refundable and Nalee & ****** indisputably confirmed this, when they got started.
Furthermore, we go through a substantial interview process to be as certain as possible that it is a good fit for both parties. For example, we have applicants write out why they feel they will be a good fit and this is what they wrote:
"...First off, thank you so much for your amazing ******* channel! It has enlightened and inspired my husband and I to venture into commercial real estate to start learning and analyzing properties!...I would be a perfect fit for your Program because I understand the amount of work, time, money, and process it takes to become successful...I am a problem solver, open minded learner, and I never stop finding ways to grow and improve any situation. I truly work tirelessly...If I am selected as your student, I will be sincerely grateful to you for the opportunity to begin this new journey investing into commercial real estate..."
Based on statements like that, and others, we thought they would be a good fit and extended an invitation for them to be a part of our program.
***** & ****** had access to several live calls per week and accessed quite a few of them but could certainly have attended far more than they did.
As referenced earlier, they consistently participated in the program. According to all records we have, the first time they ever brought up the notion of a refund was nearly 7 months later, which at that time, they acknowledged they were not eligible for.
We provide the greatest commercial real estate investing training program ever assembled. Sometimes, people want to have their cake and eat it too. Once they have received our world class educational experience, they then attempt to get an even greater return on their original investment by trying to get a refund too. And we teach them how to negotiate so we don't blame them for trying! But that's why we have written agreements in place; to make sure that we aren't taken advantage of either.
We are still here to help ***** & ****** with their commercial real estate dreams so let's let bygones be bygones and get back to doing deals!

I am rejecting this response because:The company gives no records of proof for date and time that we ever attended such calls, with whom did we speak to, topic discussed, what does Commercial Property Advisors claim we gained and the fact that they used false and high-pressure sales tactics (speaking to us for 3 hours, and claiming that I'd lose the opportunity and spot if I don't make my husband decide at the time) only to take advantage of my money! The letter they shared that I wrote, which I am not even sure if that was mine as I don't see a proof of email submission from me, but the initial letter was nothing but a required entry request for getting an interview session with the lousy company in order to learn more about their services. Their invalid claim that we never requested for a refund is absurd, I called just a few days after the 3 day recission, which was when I received the binder paper prints. If this is how you guys run your business on false and poor ethics, your company truly deserves to be sued for illegitimately marketing themselves and the services on training because 0 training is ever encouraged or given on a course level but more so a printed booklet for a do it yourself, truly a big joke for $25,000 you strip from people; and the reason why you put in a 3-day recission is because you know most people won't have the time to go into your cheesy binder of printed papers until they receive it from a long delayed shipping days after signing up with your company and paying you upfront. Great way to do business, right? Also, what piece of cake are you referring to that we got to eat? Sorry not sorry, but the portfolio that my husband and I had prior to signing up with your rip-off company is from hard work and sweat equity, nothing gained from Commercial Property Advisors. ***********************, appears to be a nice guy, well sad for him if he is overseeing those running his company to the ground with poor service and ethics. I believe in Karma, and unfortunately as a *********** Professional and Investor, I'm not an amateur to the real estate investor process and resources, I'm definitely an amateur to believing that this program was honest and the people behind were going to honor what services they claim they provided, and that the money would be a good investment. But NO, FLAT OUT NO. RIP OFF AND NO GAIN.
Your personal and unprofessional response speaks volumes. I'd love to know who is responding, please do disclose your full name instead of hiding behind the business. So there you have it, the business takes my hard earned $25,000 from not just me, but my entire family as well this includes children, and wants to act like the victim, as if we are taking you for granted. That is humorous. I am on the **** board and also part of a large non-profit organization AREAA in charge of over ****** members in the real estate and housing industry and will be happy to spread the news about your business name and unethical tactics to take thousands of dollars and ignore people who were going through vulnerable times such as myself with the loss of my mother at the time. Trust in me that God will show you, you will have your day as I had mine. If you so selfishly and unethically choose to continue keeping my full $25,000, then I wish you with every dollar you keep that *** it return back karma to you 3 folds to you and your company and those with hands involved. God sees and knows all. =) Namaste.
Sincerely,

Proof of date and time was provided detailing your utilization of our services from Sept 27, 2022 through Oct 4, 2023 and it appears that the rebuttal was essentially, "no records of proof for date and time".
If the services were as you now, after-the-fact, have described, you wouldn't have used them for a full year. But you did. Indisputably you did.
Now, maybe it was ****** that used them and didn't tell you? Maybe part of the issue here is that there is a lack of communication between Nalee and ******?
Either way, if you would like more proof, we're happy to provide it, since you have given us permission to do so.
In addition to non-property-specific advice, you also requested help on ******************* Apartments located at 800 ----- ****, -----, MN ----- as well as ************* Portfolio located at 1114 ------- *** ------, IA -----.
Reading through the messages you sent back and forth with *****, you sought the most help with the ***** **** Apartments deal.
The evidence is crystal clear that you utilized our services, which is in complete opposition to your stated position.
Commercial real estate advice is extremely valuable and lucrative. What you do with that advice is up to you.

I am rejecting this response because:The business' response lacks evidence proof other than reference of a property which we were asked to pick out randomly when we first logged into the platform as a "TEST STUDY", how absurd to use that as an indication of usage of your poor training and services. Guess what, we never even finished inputting any numbers, because the complex platform was full of s*** and no actual instructor was even able to answer our questions!!
In fact, I'll tell you what happened, we were told to figure it out from the paper binder and tutorials. Excuse my language, but this is the dumbest program and rip off ever! I'll find a way to sue you and spread the word on *******, as well as inform other ********************* and professionals about your poor business practices and fraud claims and how you accuse consumers who aren't happy with the course structure about how we "USED" your platform.
Also what does communication between me and my husband have to do with our complaint on the training program??? He didn't even know password, how hilarious of you guys to even fake your evidence and claims. You really will receive karma, may it come faster to you three folds and impact all of the liars, let there be light where there is injustice. Only God will tell your path ahead for your SINS and dishonesty with greed and lies.
No thank you, for your response. Solved absolutely nothing, but just more lies and irrelevant assumptions that have nothing to do with the poor business course offered that had no value, and major fraud structure of your company to cheat millions from hardworking people. Even if you don't rightfully refund my money, someone else will take from you all soon and you will be out of business. Namo, nej yuav tsis yeej lub ntuj.
