This company called me around March or April of 2021 about becoming a funded trader. A few months later we were able to get my account setup and I was ready to start. Though they gave me literally no training, I worked to abide by their rules and trade only eligible equities. I called multiple times about my software not working properly (chart volume would not update and it drove VWAP to be incorrect as well, it lost data connection once or twice a week) but was brushed off. I was told everything was fine and IT can't find any issue. I didn't perform well during my 90 day challenge and spoke about paying a reduced fee to 'try again' as I wanted to participate in this program. I received a 2nd chance and was charged a slightly reduced fee. On my second turn, I traded for about 5 days before they ported to a Web based trading program. For those 5 days I was performing much better and was hopeful to continue this trend as I had implemented a strategy that worked much better. Cue the web trader platform. This platform's charts literally just stopped working. They would freeze after 8 or 9 mins and nothing would reboot them. I would have to logout and log back in for 8 to 9 mins of chart action. It was impossible to use. I have 15 to 20 phone calls, a trouble ticket, and multiple emails to this company about this issue. Absolutely zero effort to fix my problems. I was simply shoved to the side and told I was the only person having this issue, their software worked. When I asked for 50% of the money I paid for my 2nd attempt as a refund, I was told since they can't recreate the issue, I would not receive a refund. They simply won't help me. I was only asking for half of my 2nd attempt fees. Now that they are unwilling to help, I would like my entire 2nd attempt refunded. I don't feel like that is too unreasonable. I feel I am owed $750 (this does not include the $900 I paid for my first attempt, only my 2nd). Attaching pics of trouble tickets in case they are deleted.
