  Horrible excuse for a company. They are predators! They took my car and damaged it but they do not care. They prey on working people just to make a quick ***** These type of people will get whats coming. They should be shut down by the City of ***********.

  Zero stars if I could. This place is a scam and only accept cash. They are using inexperienced people who damage vehicles and dont know how to do the work. They are running an illegal business and we need to escalate this predatory company to senior directory of govt affairs.

  This company is a thief, they steal your money super fast. I parked at the ********************* to make a deposit and they took the car in less than 9 minutes. When I went there I showed them proof of receipt from the bank and the car's GPS, but they don't understand anything. They just want to take the money. They took $370 in less than 30 minutes.esta compaa son uno lodrone ** **** el dinero super prapido yo me parking el escinaminto de ** bank a depositar y se llevaron el carro en meno de 9 minuto cundo fue le ensene la prueba de resibo del banco y 3l gps del carro pero no entiende nada solo quiere cojer el dinero se cogiero $ 370 en meno de 30 minuto

  My company car was towed last week after I paid for parking at pay by phone zone. Apparently part of my car was in a 30 minute loading zone spot. When I returned to my car it was gone. Found out Tremont had it. Went there prepared to pay the $332 they quoted me to get it out. The lady was so rude to me. Stated that because this is a company owned vehicle and not in my name they will not release it to me. I need a release letter from Corporate, signed by an officer of the company with a DL. That would be like getting *********************** to come to *****. Nothing I have provided will they take. Therefore it is costing $42 storage each day. This is a total money scam. They are abusing citizens.

  This company towed my car during the hurricane from a paybyphone lot a few minutes before I returned to the car. When I called dispatch, they informed me that my car was still with the tow truck driver and had not made it to the lot. I was then told that my price would be around $180.00 due to the car not being completely impounded, and that the driver could turn around and deliver my car back to me.When the car arrived 20 minutes later, the tow truck driver proceeded to charge me the full $250.00 and said that was the price.When called headquarters to investigate why I was charged a different amount was told by dispatch, they said they would Investigate and get back to me. When they called me back they told me a different story, about how the car was in fact impounded and they did me a favor by returning the car considering the situation. They even gave me wrong time stamps of the events. This company is DISHONEST and also should not have their staff towing cars during a hurricane.

  It's high time that Tremont Towing goes out of business. They drive like wild maniacs and pay homeless people to do their dirty work - troll meters. Once they - the meters - are a minute over, th spies call Tremont to tow and people, including hard working locals and tourists who generate revenue for our economy, must experience a terrible, expensive day. The *** is on site at Tremont as you must pay cash when your car is taken hostage. The people who work there are abusive and the customer service, nonexistent. How is this place still in business? There needs to be an investigation - it's criminal.
