    To whom it may concern, Back on February 25, 2023 I paid ****** to go Jazz In The Gardens. Now the sound at this event was not good at all, you had commercials playing at the same time the Dj trying to play I music during the break. The celebrity guess couldn't even hear their music in their ear playing no of them, but all of them. The system went off after ***************** the system made me feel like I was at a car auction. You got the commercials playing the same time the Dj and the mayor trying to talk. Then ********************* walks right off the stage because she said it was too much feedback in her ear and we don't understand what it's like to be up there and try to perform with that, so she got tired and walked out the stage. To top it off why would you all put those chairs so close together not knowing if someone big is going to have to seat next to you, then to make it to where you can't even slide the chair over. That's the other reason I couldn't even enjoy the show because I was smoosh. I took off from work to go to this and it was not all what it said it was going to be and for that reason I want my money back. I also put proof from other saying the same thing about this event, so you are aware. I have been reaching out to ticket master and they told me I have to go through you all. I have reached out to ***************** and there telling me I have to go through you all and give me the number ************ to call I dont like to be giving the run around when it comes to my money I will never go again. Then I was told today that I purchased two tickets for two day shows. The hold time Im thinking I purchased one one set of tickets for two days for myself only. So the hold time that I was getting smoosh was someone sitting in my second seat that I had no knowledge that I brought. And I want my money back. I only stayed at that show for an hour because of the sitting and because I was smooshed. Now Im getting the run around about my money.

    Good Day,

    The City of Miami Gardens received a call from ************************************ on 5/8/23. *************************** spoke directly to **************** to gain a better understanding on 5/9/23.

    Upon request **************** emailed proof of her tickets purchase. ****** reminded ****** of the no refund policy (posted on the Ticketmaster).

    on 5/9/23, ****** asked ****** to give the City sometime to speak with ***************** to verify the purchase and determine if providing a refund is even possible since it has been a month+ after the actual festival date. 

    City of Miami Gardens plans to follow up with *****************
