    I ordered a pair of shoes. The wrong size was delivered. I paid to return the shoes and asked for a full refund. On June 9, 2023, I received an email that a refund had been issued for "store credit." The refund was given regarding RMA#6RC9R86V. The amount of the refund should have been $99.99. The original order number was ******. However, there is no way for me to use the store refund. There is no place on the website to insert any information regarding this. I would like a full refund to the credit card I used to pay. I have emailed numerous times and have never received a response.

    I ordered a jacket on there site a month ago I never received a email confirmation for it but the funds where taken.I waited 2 weeks still didnt receive the item or email I called several times and then wrote them for them to say they dont have a order number for the purchase looked it up further and found it was shipped or released.so they told me they would get back to me days went by I replied back to them and was told they would get back to me again waited till the end of the week wrote them for a refund the person replied ok we will give you a refund waited days later no refund contacted them back and was told I would receive a refund and still havent heard or received anything
