Overall I enjoy purchasing from this company. I have one major issue. When you're shipping a $500-$600 collector item it shouldn't be with ***** My order is now in ********** instead of **** and I had to jump through insane hoops to even make sure it's coming my way. I can understand the option for cheaper shipping, but to make it my only option is infuriating. They are renowned for lost, late, damaged, and overall low quality shipping. In the future, I hope you consider using a higher quality shipping when selling higher quality items. Sometimes I have the ability to pick next day *** but this order I did not. I'm honestly really stressed and upset that you would think it a suitable method when dealing with such rarity and expense being on the line. With the premium your company charges you should be able to provide premium across the board. Do better in the future please or I will use another company.

I apologize but we normally do not have any issues with how **** ships. Your order was also shipped in a box with protection. When available, we do offer different shipping methods and if *** Ground was not there, we will look into it and see what may have happened. They sold me defective game(s) and then their return policy changed. Sent me two of the same games as ZERO worked. Fought me tooth and nail over ten bucks. Horrible experience! BUY YOUR games elsewhereLukie Games, Inc.

A refund was already issued for this order and since you tossed the games out, as a courtesy, we do not need them any longer though we would have liked to retest the games as they were working before we sent them out to you.Review fromGabriel R

This was my first time ordering from your company (May 2024) and I wasn't sure what to expect. They were very helpful and quick to help me with my order. Got a replacement game sent out the next day. Man what can I say lukie games came through for my 1st experience buying from them .the games I was looking for they had and the games weren't damaged.ive bought from other trusted sites and the games I was looking for were scratched.so point to say I will be back and I have a new trusted site to buy any game pretty much !!! Pleasing their customers is what Lukie is all about. From selection, quality, competitive prices, customer service, and product support.I've been buying from them for 12 years now and never had a bad experience. In that time only 2 games have been defective but they were promptly replaced with absolutely no hassle.I've bought 2 systems from them and they were in practically brand new condition for 30 year old consoles.Currently collecting all of the *** games from my childhood but I don't bother looking anywhere else because why should I Lukie just can't be beat.These days it's next to impossible to find a business with better values.If you're looking for older games or systems or an obscure title Lukie is the way to go.They've proven themselves to me for 12 years now and as long as I'm into video games they're the only company I'll buy from.Oh yeah if you're looking to trade in your old games or consoles again you can't go wrong. It's a very easy process and they offer cash or store credit. If the value of your trade is $25 or more they'll cover the shipping to get the items there.All you have to do is send pictures of what you're offering and they'll quickly give you a quote and if you choose the store credit they give you a 20 percent bonus.Buying or selling Lukie has you covered.Lukie Games, Inc.
